We are a small family owned business that takes pride in our products, because we make most everything in house from scratch. We also make most of our appetizers, fresh in house. We don’t drop your appetizers until you arrive to pick up your pizza and food. We also don’t cut your pizza until you get here because we throw it back in the oven to re-crisp it and reheat it. So sometimes it takes us longer than the time given to get your food out because we try to have it the best we possibly can for you to enjoy! So if you try is or are a regular, hopefully you appreciate the effort and dedication we put into our food.

This pizza restaurant serves the best pizza in Fallbrook. Thin dough is crispy. I like their style. I ordered it to go but I should eat pizza in the restaurant. It isn’t huge but some good pictures of Fallbrook.

First time getting take out pizza from Pala Mesa Pizza. Fantastic pizza. Ordered a pepperoni pizza, cheese pizza and bread sticks. All 3 were excellent. We have lived in Fallbrook for a year and a half and this is my far the best pizza we have found. This is now our go to take out pizza restaurant. Highly recommend.

Surprisingly good. I got a single 10” BBQ chicken pizza to go. I tried to order poppers, but they make them by hand and hadn’t had time to do so. This makes me want to try them even more next time. The pizza was perfect – just the right balance of chicken, cheese, cilantro, onion, and sauce. The crust was chewy and had a bit of crunch. I generally prefer a slightly thinner NY style but this was excellent. Highly recommended.

I have spent several years away from the states and away from good pizza. This was what I would consider a fine welcome home. They offer military discounts on their food and their merchandise. The staff was kind enough to tell me the short, but interesting history of the place. I am beyond satisfied with this pizza.

Wow, this pizza is so good. Only took about 15 minutes to make. I could hardly wait to get back to work to eat it! The man who helped me was really nice and let me taste some of their sauces. Pesto Ranch and raspberry jalapeno. YUM.

Let me elaborate since you want to claim i am not sccurate on my review:
My husband doesn’t eat onions at all and the whole pizza was covered in them. So yes it went into the trash. I ordered at the counter at 17:05. I repeated my order 3 times to the young gal at the counter. So no not confusing. At least with the salad he could pick out the onions. But to have a whole pizza covered in onions and half just onions and cheese is ridiculous. Ask the other gal in the back that made it, look at your tickets. Don’t state you worked because there is no way you remember every order at 5 in the evening when the place was busy.
I really wanted to like this place. I went on 4.25.2024 to the pizza place in great anticipation. I ordered a medium Supreme pizza and had asked for the onions to be only on half of the pizza. Not hard. Nope, got home and the half was just onions and cheese. Bye bye went that pizza to the trash. If it didn’t take me so long to get there I would have called and said something. Glad I got the salad though so we had something to while watching the NFL draft.

Was in town visiting family and they took me here. Unbelievably good! The margarita pizza was spot on with fresh cut ingredients. I will definitely return next time I’m in town.
