The lady with a scarf working on the eve of 28-Jan-26 was just fabulous. Her customer service skills were impeccable. She has a high EQ for sure. She catered to our needs and made sure we had a great time.
We had Fish Tikka, Nihari, Chicken Karahe and Paya. I have to say Paya and Fish Tikka were finger licking good. Nihari was good, it could be slightly less thick and was missing the Nihari smell. Chicken karahe was good as well. The naans were fresh and big in size which is worth the dollar amount it costs.
Highly recommend this place for dinner and there is buffet is just marvelous, great price for a variety of options.

Great restaurant to bring the kids to! We were sat immediately and did the buffet which meant no waiting. The kids could get as much or as little as they wanted and we could try a bit of everything. Great selection. We went for four servings of the chickpeas!!

Saturday and Sunday evening buffet $25,99. Butter chicken, chicken tandoori, beef nihari, Daal maash etc. if you like authentic with a good level of “hot” spice you’ll enjoy this small but tasty and filling buffet.

My friends and I went here for the ramadan iftar buffet and it did not disappoint! The selection of dishes were limited yet every dish was delicious. The seating was limited but we were able to reserve it in advance. The staff are really friendly and kept asking if we needed anything.
I particularly liked Chicken Biryani and the nargisi chicken kofta. The price was so reasonable at just $25 (weekday), i would definitely come back here again.

Picked up veg pakoras and chicken samosas in order to try their food first time as its mentioned Pak Indian Restaurant as best in Ottawa. Was eagerly waiting to try for a while. I cant rate their food my goodness. First, veg pakoras are fully made with besan, no sign of veg. I wonder do the restaurant cooks know even what does pakoras are made of. Paying to eat fried besan, seriously! For chicken samosa, 2 came with different stuffings. One with keema and other with dry boiled chicken pieces. Worst food ever tried in Ottawa. Was expecting atleast decent food as its located in one of the busiest areas of Ottawa. But truly, if the owners will see my review, it’s the month of the Holy Ramadan, please serve the foods that customers deserve though they spent their money. The one we got today is disaster, thankfully I just got appetizers nothing more. Thanks

Came for iftar buffet and there are plenty of options. The customer service is great, was asked twice if everything is okay, of we have enough naan etc.
For the price, you can’t beat it!

I had a great experience at Pak India Restaurant. The food was fresh, flavorful, and truly authentic. The portions were generous and everything was cooked perfectly. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service. The restaurant was clean and comfortable, making it a nice place to dine with family. If you’re looking for delicious Pakistani and Indian food, I highly recommend Pak India Restaurant. I will definitely be coming back again!

We ordered Chicken Korma with naan and Samosa Chaat. The Samosa Chaat was absolutely bomb — full of flavour and definitely the highlight of our meal. The Chicken Korma tasted good, but the portion size felt too small for the price, which was a bit disappointing.
Other than the portion issue, everything else was great. We had a nice experience overall!
