I was happy we came here for something to eat today. It was a great treat to a grumpy day. The pizza was really good, I even ate 2 slices because normally I only have one when I have pizza. I loved the breadsticks and the place was a nice place that I would love to visit during summer. The dessert was amazing too. They were both light and packed with flavor! A must try place!

Paisano’s Pizza had top-notch customer service and was absolutely delicious! The staff were friendly and patient, and they gave me an awesome discount! The pizza was hot and ready, with halal pepperoni; the shrimp was breaded with a tasty batter, and the fries tasted artisanal. It included sauce which I didn’t have to ask for and that’s a bonus. The vibe was pretty cool, they had TVs, nice lighting, and so much room I was super comfortable waiting on my order. This is a go-to place for anyone who needs great food and great times.

I’ve had a good experience overall at Paisanos Pizza, mainly because their chicken sandwiches are really good—crispy, flavorful, and cooked just right. That part of the menu is definitely on point and worth ordering.
That said, their pizza was a complete letdown. We paid almost $20 for a half cheese, half black olive pizza, and it was noticeably smaller than what most competitors offer at that price. On top of that, the flavor was way off and just didn’t taste right at all. For the size and taste, it simply wasn’t worth the money.

I was scrolling through Instagram when I saw that Paisano’s made a NY style pie, with the caveat that it was eat-in only due to demand and logistics. Armed with that knowledge and being a connoisseur of a good NY/NJ pie, off I went.
The NY style pizza comes in XXL only and a cheese pizza was ordered, as we didn’t want anything too terribly heavy and if an establishment can master a cheese pizza, they can make pretty much any pizza. It’s a good baseline.
Well, having been born and raised in NJ before I escaped long ago, Paisano’s is definitely a ticket home without the 10+ hour drive. Their pizza is spot-on. They could sell these pizzas all day long in NJ with no problem.
While there, I also had the opportunity to sample the Sicilian sandwich. If I wasn’t told that the Italian sausage on it was made with beef and not pork, I wouldn’t have known otherwise. In fact, it’s one of the better Italian sausages I have ever had! I’m still amazed it’s not pork! This is Dearborn, after all. One has to adapt to the local customer base.

Drove all the way from Lansing to try the all you can eat pizza buffet..It did NOT disappoint.. Delicious pizza. They will make fresh any pizza with any items you like on it..The Ham, sausage and ground beef items were excellent.. Best pizza buffet in the entire state of Michigan.. I’d be interested in trying another if there’s one out there

Our school (GEE Preparatory) Took approximately 40 students on a field trip to Paisanos today. The owner was there himself and an amazing job with our students helping them make their own pizzas today. Our students had a great time and enjoyed making and eating their pizzas today. Sam did a great job helping making this happen! Aside from the food being absolutely delicious the space was perfect and the all the staff Very welcoming. Would recommend this not only for food, but for events as well!

The NY style pizza is the closest thing to NY style since I lived in NY!! They even have the oregano and parmesan shakers at the table, classic! The service was also phenomenal with the owner checking in and making sure everything was good. I will be back to try all their hot subs, highly recommend!

Great thin crust pizza. All you can eat buffet. They will make you a pizza of your choice. The cheese bread was delicious. Very nice and clean establishment.

We waited 40 min for mozzarella sticks and garlic bread and we asked them about it for 3 times and still dint get it. At the end we just got off and left the restaurant. Overall all the food wasn’t bad but the cashier was a little dry and every time we tell her about our food I see her that she never tells the cooks about it. I hope this review helps the restaurant in any kind of way.
