Pizza is not what they advertised. Ordered a margarita pizza and they gave me sausage and cheese pizza. When asked, told me that was from third party and their margarita pizza is just cheese pizza with your choice of toppings. They didn’t even add basils. Add basil only after I asked. Just put some basils on top.

Now that was a good chicken gyro. Just the right balance of chicken, lettuce and tomatoes, feta and sauce. It really hit the spot. The store is small, and their indoor seating area is sparse… But it’s mostly a take out joint anyway. Their menu is pretty classic Italian, with a few burgers and chicken sandwiches thrown in too. Decent prices… But the drinks seem a little pricey… Over $3.50 for a canned iced tea you can get at the Dollar Tree for $1.25? The Dollar Tree is right out front!

They forgot to deliver my pizza along with the rest of the order. Also, the cheese fries did not come with RANCH after paying for it. 30 minutes for my pizza to get back to me after the 1st delivery was wrong.. and it’s ice cold, but I’m hangry.. And the chicken seemed very dry like it was sitting out out 1st time order from them. I’m pretty sure it’s our last.

This is my first time ordering pizza from here because the place I normally order from does not deliver. The pizza was cold. The wasn’t tape down and it was coming from a DoorDash person when I thought it was coming from the actual store. The food had no flavor. I know I may be bougie cause I’m from New York but I’ve had decent pizza in Manassas and this one was not it.

I have been a loyal customer for years. Mike was the manager I knew and always always had the best customer service. I just got off the phone with someone who said they were the general manager. Very rude. Very dismissive. Wouldn’t give me his name. And had the audacity to ask me if i was harassing him…when I asked him his name. Terrible service. And very shocked because Mike would have never handled the situation like this.

Came in for noon lunch time, food was really fresh, hot, and tasted great. Front desk fella was super friendly and helpful. Just wish the Stromboli had a little more cheese in it.

Paisanos has excellent food, there can be no doubt about that. the real issue is can you ever get the food you actually ordered. In the last six months i have eaten at this restaurant over 19 times. In that time, 9 of my orders have been incorrect. You also seem to get charged different prices for the same meal, depending on who is working the phone that day. I showed up for a takeout delivery one day and the staff informed me that they gave my order to another customer. I then waited 15 minutes while they made me my food. Was a discount or refund of the meal offered to make up for the incontinence? Absolutely not. They half cooked my Pizza and sent me on my jolly way. Don’t waste your time or your money here.
