I love Paisano’s. My order is always ready quickly and they have great deals. But my review is because of Jacqueline. She was so helpful with my order tonight. I placed my order online and didn’t realize I missed one of toppings so I called and she was so nice about it and got everything fixed for me. When I got there she made sure to check the order with me that it was how I wanted it. Thank you Jacqueline!

Hello,
I am writing to report a very disappointing customer service experience my husband and I had while attempting to place a takeout order this evening.
We called the Sudley location and spoke with an employee named Tina. She immediately placed us on hold. After approximately 10 minutes on hold, the call disconnected. When we called back, my husband politely explained that we had been on hold for quite some time and the call had dropped. Tina responded with a defensive tone and stated, “Absolutely not, I did not hang up on you. The phone wouldn’t connect.”
My husband remained polite and said he hoped her day would improve and that we would still like to place a takeout order. Unfortunately, her attitude did not improve and she curtly asked, “What do you want?” Because of the continued rude and dismissive behavior, my husband chose to end the call and we did not place our order.
We are regular customers and this was honestly one of the worst customer service interactions we have experienced. We were surprised and disappointed by the unprofessional manner in which we were treated, especially as we were attempting to continue giving your restaurant our business.
I hope this feedback can be shared with management and addressed appropriately. We would appreciate follow-up regarding this matter.

I always enjoy visiting this location when I want pizza. At my recent visit I ordered a large pepperoni pizza which tasted exceptionally fresh and clearly made to order. Anyway let’s go past that for now I told her I would still love to place an order and I asked her like her how’s your day as a way of being nice so the interaction can be better and I told her I hope her day gets better ; she immediately shut me off and told me hey what you want as if I’m asking for her number or something and I was like nope not today and ended that right there
There’s other pizza spots in the area and I would do a good search for them ; try them and let you know guys for better customer service and business
