They asked for a review on Google, and I’m so happy because I’ve eaten here SO many times!
Their stir fried Zhajiangmian and the sweet and sour pork are absolutely amazing. I order these two dishes every single time. The dipping sauce is delicious and well-balanced, not too heavy or overpowering.
The portions are also very generous — you definitely get a lot of food for the price. Highly recommend everyone come try it!

Finally got a chance to try the famous Paik’s Noodle, and it absolutely lived up to the hype! You order at the counter before sitting down, and the server brings the food to your table. The place fills up fast, so definitely plan ahead if you’re coming during peak hours.
I ordered the jjajjangmyeon with chili for an extra kick, and it did not disappoint. The noodles were perfectly chewy, and the jjajang sauce was rich and savory with just the right hint of sweetness. Adding chili gave it a nice layer of heat that balanced everything well.
I also tried the spicy chicken (kkanpunggi), which was a standout. The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with bold, flavorful spice.
Next time, I’m definitely coming back for jjampong and tangsuyuk. Overall, this is a fantastic spot to satisfy your Korean-Chinese food cravings.

There’s been some controversy around the brand lately, but putting that aside, Hong Kong Banjum in Bellevue is honestly a solid spot.
Good value, reasonable prices, and reliable flavors.
If you’re craving Korean-style Chinese food, this is one of the places I’d confidently recommend in the Seattle area.
The food hits that familiar, comforting note without trying too hard.
Easy choice, good portions, and definitely worth revisiting.
A dependable go-to when you want a casual, satisfying meal.

One of our go to Korean noodle restaurants in Bellevue! We always get the jajangmyeon and tangsuyuk. Good sized portions for the cost. The restaurant setup is fast causal, so you order at the counter and find your own table. Depending on the day of the week, seating and wait times can be limited as it can get busy pretty quickly.

Noodles are really good I got the Jjampong and Tangsuyuk. The tangsuyuk could have been a bit crunchier but the meat was soft and nicely tender. The sauce was also really nice. So why the 3 stars? Because not only was this place incredibly hot inside, I found a piece of hair in my noodles… As much as I would love to say that it was my hair…my hair is incredibly long and not short enough. Plus it was found when I was mixing in my noodles The heat inside wasnt helping either, you are totally going to sweat while eating here.

The Jajang rice is so good. It comes with a thick fried egg on top of rice and the jjamppong broth is loaded with many ingredients. Such great value for the price! I’ve tried Both Modoo and Bobae but this place was the best by far. I’m super impressed

My partner and I visited Paik’s Noodle and had a fantastic experience. The service was impressively fast and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive.
I tried the meat jajang-myeon for the first time (see photo) and it absolutely lived up to the hype – delicious and definitely worth ordering! The portion size was generous, so you’ll definitely leave satisfied.
The restaurant was also spotlessly clean, which is always appreciated. We’ll definitely be back!

Our favorite Korean Jjajjang Myeon place in Bellevue/Eastside! Always Great to be able to walk in for counter service and order right away. The food always comes out hot and quick. Especially great for our toddler who always wants to eat right away! The lemon chicken is always a hit!
