I visited Paia Gelato with a friend recently, and I was blown away by the number of options we had. They have both dairy and non dairy options, and their selection includes a lot of the local exotic flavors. The person who was helping us was super nice. She let us try a lot of different flavors. My friend got a non dairy gelato flavor with lilikoi, and I got the salted caramel. The salted caramel was pretty decent, though it was slightly more salty

This is the cutest little spot with so many dairy free options! Sean (Shawn?) was the BEST & gave us tons of samples. Being dairy free, I’m used to having zero dessert options so this was a treat. Try the Hawaiian passion fruit & strawberry. YUM!

This is some of the best gelato we’ve ever had. We have travelled to Italy and the coconut gelato here blew us away. It was so flavorful and creamy. The staff were so friendly and more than willing to allow us to sample a few before purchase. The price is a bit steep but well worth it. Get the coconut, you won’t regret it.
