I ordered a large mushroom, bacon, sausage & black olive pizza this time & it looks AMAZING!!!. This is Definitely my new go to place for Pizza!!! My order was ready to go in 15 minutes. You can tell that its definitely homemade pizza. It’s a little spicy but delicious!!! I would definitely continue to order again. The young men were very careful at watching the cooking pizza’s, you can see how they take their jobs very seriously and they’re all very kind too. This is Definitely my new OMGEEE Pizza Place!!!

I have had this stuff since I was a little girl! Definitely found my love for spaghetti at pagliai’s! It was my grandmother favorite place to go every Wednesday night we would get spaghetti and garlic bread along with most Friday nights it was customary to get a large half pep and half sausage pizza:) so many good memories thank to you guys❤️

We were in town for a middle school basketball game and decided to try Pagliai’s. It did not disappoint! Unlike the game…
The atmosphere was great. However, the lighting was a bit dim for my taste but still an overall comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Our server did a fantastic job and took great care of us. And as we were waiting for our food, we could see the cooks in plain sight dishing out the pizzas and cutting them up for customers.
Overall, it was a great experience, and if we find ourselves heading back down for a middle school basketball game, we will definitely stop again.
This time, hopefully, it’ll be after a win.

I must we generally love the pizza!! But…my husband recently got a special with hardly any sausage on it which he loves. So he decided to get just a sausage pizza yesterday & it came with about 6 pieces of sausage & a whole bunch of cheese. Needless to say we won’t be back for awhile.

Unfortunately though this time our server dropped the ball and left our pizza sitting on the counter long enough it wasn’t hot when it was finally brought out 45 minutes after we ordered it. When we ask her about it she blew it off and said “well there’s a stack of carry-out orders ahead of you”. Soo when she did bring the cold pizza she didn’t bother to bring us any plates then we had to wait for those while she kept repeatedly asking me if we needed red pepper. NO! Bring us plates!
But the real kicker was other people were seated long after we were next to us, placed their orders and got their food long before we did I guess she thought we were blind.
Hopefully, she’s not there next time we are but if this is any indication of her normal routine I’m betting she’s not. Bottom line is if she’d have owned her screw up we would have just let it go and moved on.

It’s a building full of teenagers, im glad they all get along but the service time is slower than slow. It takes them quite a bit of time to even get the order taken. The sign says seat yourself they should pay attention to people sitting down when they walk in. My family went in 10 minutes after opening and we didn’t get our order taken for about 10 minutes. The food is good but I think the pizza needs some more sauce on it. Garlic bread is delicious.

Delicious pizza!! Got a thin crust with sausage and veggies and it was very good. Light and delicious. Also got a salad with house dressing, salad was nothing special but the dressing was so good! Dipped my pizza in it as well.

We ordered a pan pizza for pick up and when we got home and opened the pizza we discovered a cold thin crust pizza. I called and all they would offer me was their word that next time I come in they’ll give me a credit. They refused to deliver the correct pizza (as it was pouring rain and we already drove there once so going back was not a viable customer service option) or refund my payment method. Nope they refused, I expressed I would not be back as this was my final frustration and the only one I have complained about. They offered no proper solution and stated that was just fine if I didn’t come back. Sounds good, sounds like they do not care if they provide excellent customer service. Dominos provides far better exceptional customer service.

Needs Improvememt – Dining it, felt really cramped. A lil bit on the oilier side with pizza so take your tums if you have a weak stomach like me. Oil doesnt affect pizza’s taste.
Overall: 4/5, but still my #1 pizza place in this college city. Would come here every time if I had to choose.
