Its pizza…very thin crust…good toppings. Salad bar is very good, soups are good (but I’ve never been there when they had minestrone…a pizza place has to have minestrone) just avoid the fountain drinks, to save a trip the servers put your drink in a pitcher, and pour your drink in your glass…how long has that pitcher been sitting out? $3.25 for the flattest fountain drink….syrup and flat water, disgusting! $3.25!!!!!! just get a water.

Old school family resturant that has been around for a LONG time. I feel as though if you come here hungry and get the buffet, you can really get your money’s worth. Pretty good options on the salad bar. The breadsticks were just OK and the pizzas were good. I really liked that they let you customer a pizza and get first dibs on it before they put it out on the buffet. Service was OK, nothing great, but not bad either. The inside feels very dated. Needs some sort of remodel because it’s been the same for the last 20 plus years. But maybe this is what keeps their prices from being to high. Overall a good experience and would definitely come back

I will start off on saying I had to change my review over the years. I gave this five stars before, but because of some of the new Changes and after my last visit, I had to update the review.
This place still is pretty good, but they really need to get their act together. We never had issues before with the buffet staying full or anything ever in our previous visits. We’re not from the area so it’s About a 47 minute drive each way to go here we went within the last couple weeks and they completely changed the seating set up inside.
In order to be able to get more people in the dining room, they placed tables so close together that when people are sitting down in the chairs, you can barely move or walk in between the tables to get to the pizza buffet.
There was probably 25 to 30 people inside. We went up and got our first trip to the buffet and then we sat there for 20 some minutes afterwards waiting for new Pizza to come out Which I was half tempted to call over the manager and ask for a refund because at that point for a table of three we had eaten maybe One pizza’s worth of pizza 6 to 8 of their small breadsticks and one salad.
You always get to place an order for a pizza When you get the buffet and we got a pan, pepperoni and sausage, And let me tell you if I would have ordered that pizza not on the buffet I definitely would have called back and got my money back because that thing belonged in the trashcan. It was all bread With very little cheese, pepperoni or sausage. For one slice of pizza, you would get about two bites off of it, and then all of the toppings would be gone.
I seen people come in and sit down during that 20 minutes get a plate of pizza and eat and then leave by time we ended up leaving that’s when the pizza buffet was completely full.
I’m hoping that that last experience was just a one off but with some of the more recent reviews, I do see that it is somewhat of an issue for them to keep up with having the pizza buffet fully stocked up. We will still come back to this place and eat. I do feel like the pizza recipe and everything has stayed the same throughout the years. There’s no lack of quality with the food. They just need to keep up better with the pizza buffet and rearrange the seating I get it that they want to get The most amount of people in there so they can make a bigger profit but you have to have enough space so that people can walk Normally, in between the tables, not turning to the side and shuffling through

Fresh pizzas, awesome salad bar, and fresh tea. Ordered the buffet and it did not disappoint. Pick a pizza and they’ll make it – and give you first dibs when it comes out. Soup and breadsticks are available too. Great music, and a wonderful waitress made it a fantastic dining experience

Absolutely awful experience! Wanted to try something new that we heard was good and it was awful the entire time we were there not a single new pizza came out. Buffet was old rock hard pizza with gross options. It is very run down and absolutely disgusting when I see workers cleaning out their vacuum near the buffet and all the food being made in the kitchen. Will never ever come back. Extremely disappointed.

My husband and I have been eating at Pagliais for many years. We absolutely love the buffet, as the ranch dressing, breadsticks and cheese sauce, pizza and dessert pizza are the highlights! It is not the cheapest or largest buffet, but what they have is wonderful. With that being said, we are very disappointed in the way that the restaurant has been trying to cheapen in random ways. The worst one that we have noticed is that they have gone away from having name brand Coca-Cola products. The off brand, cheap version is nothing like regular Coca-Cola. Should we bring our own drinks with us from now on? It seems a bit ridiculous in order to save what is most likely pennies on the dollar. Nothing can compare to a cold Coke with your pizza and bread! Please bring the name brand Coke back in some fashion. A can or bottle would even suffice. The little bit of extra money in having something such as Coca-Cola does really make a difference!

Easily my favorite place to dine at in Bowling Green. The food is good, but the vibes are just awesome. The staff are polite. Idk what it is, but this is the only restaurant (edit: in BG) that feels nice and comfortable. They also host the BG Cruise nights in the summer which is super fun!

Not only did they disappear the big salad bowls at the restaurant but the delivery orders keep getting smaller!
