They got my order wrong but the manager was very patient and kind even when under pressure because it was very busy.she offered to make it right an got me a free sandwich and mustard wasn’t on there but I told her it’s ok because she did allot and I know she was stressed but she took it very well .so I didn’t make her put mustard and denied the packs so she can rest .she handled the situation well .I was upset for a moment then realized it’s not her fault she did help me so kudos to this manager here . I hope it gets better for you in there Mrs! Please give her a kudos shout-out for her hard work an dealing with customers even when we aren’t having a good day she made mine better just by her kindness

They made my order wrong, I checked it and actually TOUCHED the food. And left it at the counter after they remade me anither one. 5 minutes later I saw them reusing the same burgers to make another order… Unsanitary to say the least. And the remade order was still wrong, not worth going back again.

Forgot our 10 piece in the drive through. I parked, went inside with my reciept and food. When I walked.in it was like a zoo behind the counter. Employees were loud, unprofessional, and acting very immature and obnoxious. I have only left 1 or 2 other reviews in my entire life so needless to say I dont tend to gripe alot. Im a pretty easy going person. However, this type of attitude has to stop. Somebody needs.to step up.to the plate and make work a job again and not a social affair. What happened to service with a smile? Or the customer being the priority? Very disappointed. Will not be back and I will tell others to do the same.

Went through drive thru, paid $37. Burgers were overdone and dry. FF were good n fresh, but I will go back to BK next time. Yucky

There’s nothing redeeming about any McDonald’s anymore but this one in particular is pretty bad. Half the time I’ve stopped in I sit at the speaker with nobody answering for two to three minutes until I just leave. Other times I get half cold food that is priced twice as much as it’s worth. McDonald’s in general has gone downhill over the last decade or so but this location is in dire need of some help. It is not consistent it is not fast and most of the time it is not hot.

This place is the worst. I hate it when I forget and come back! U always have to pull over to wait 15 mins for your food. And 90% of rhe time its still wrong. This is the only mcdonald’s that is so terrible with service.

Every time I have placed a mobile order there, it goes through just fine and they have no issue taking my money and then I pull through the drive through to see some dinky note stating that they aren’t taking mobile orders. It is ridiculous.

Went in drive-thru and sat there for about 15 minutes without anyone asking us what to order. About 6 or so cars in the other line went through and got their orders.
