Laid-back pizzeria offering thin-crust pies, beer & wine, for in-store, take-out or delivery.

This is definitely one of my favorite pizza places in the area. We ordered the artichoke, mushroom, and sausage with roasted garlic. It couldn’t have been more delicious!
We live five minutes away, but we were tired, so we decided to order delivery.
Please beware: delivery is an extra 25% charge and you are still asked to tip the driver. Our $25 pizza would have been over $35 when it was all said and done.
The pizza was excellent, though a little pricey, and we’ll be going there again soon, but please stop gouging your customers on delivery; this could have been a five-star review.

You know… It’s the Seattle standard.
Some of the kids at the junction location can be a little entitled, but there are also some kids that are 80’s level customer service and really make you feel cared for.
It might be my favorite Smegliacci… Not my favorite pizza, it’s not moto…. But it’s one of the best simple quick slices on the West Coast. It’s a true NYC slice… But with Seattle style.

I little Pagliacci’s pizza and have often eaten in. However, this location isn’t at all conducive to eating in. The few tables are located in the path to the counter where people pay, pick up, or stand around waiting for their takeout order. It’s like eating in an airport corridor. It didn’t help that the staff were neither warm or welcoming either time I’ve been in. Too bad! If they reconfigured the public area to put the cash register at the front and tables in the back, or would change thy vibe completely. Oh, and the employees could use some hospitality training…

Pagliacci is a great local business with good food and exceptional customer service. The Greenwood staff is always so warm, welcoming, and efficient, and we’re glad their our neighborhood store. As New Yorkers, we’re grateful for the pizza and service. Arguably the top chain in Seattle. Also, the sides and salads are bomb. Thanks, Pags.

Ordered six pizzas the mushroom and artichoke was delicious.
The residents really enjoyed the pepperoni and cheese pizzas.
The young man who handed me my order came out from behind the counter to open the door for me, smiling.
Really great pizza and the customer service was appreciated.
Just under $100 for the six and worth every penny. Provided a generous amount of Parmesan and crushed peppers. While I had purchased some at the store, it wasn’t necessary.
My resident event was a success having pagliacci providing the pizza.

This is a ridiculous place. They may not accept cash, they may not accept credit cards either. They only ask for cards from the banks they want. This is a ridiculous shop. It’s a shame. I wasted all my time. I hope the shop owner sees this review and realizes how ashamed he should be.

It’s been a while since I have came here and now I remember why. I ordered the seasonal Summer Heirloom pizza and they gave me regular tomatoes and the pizza was undercooked. Disappointed again. Won’t be coming back. Compare what I got to what is shown on their website.

Clean, not a ton of seating, easy parking in the neighborhood, and I think your best mini Seattle chain pie in town. And they do slices!
If you’re in NW Seattle, this Pags location is awesome, easy to get to and same nice crispy but not too floppy crust and they really have their rotating specials dialed in. Pic is a slice of chicken sausage and morels special, delish!

I don’t know how whoever made this pizza thought that this was a half and half pizza, or that this was how it should be cut. At $22+, this is not how pizzas should look.

Really loved this pizza! Service was fast and great! 100% would come back (if I’m ever in the area again, sadly I was just visiting).
