Social Profile:

Stone Way opened on July 22, 1992. This delivery kitchen at the corner of Stone Way and 40th Avenue was historically our smallest location in physical size, but that all changed in September 2013. With a complete overhaul, the tiny delivery kitchen expanded to include a spacious new dining room, pizza-by-the-slice bar, and Freestyle Coke machine. The store also sells beer and wine, both in-store and for take-out or delivery!

Laid-back pizzeria offering thin-crust pies, beer & wine, for in-store, take-out or delivery.

You’ve got a chance to receive a tiny slice due to uneven pizza cuts. Taste is great. Perfect crispy under crust. Sauce is great.

Their pizza is still our family favorite. The building has changed and parking is very tight but the pizza is still outstanding. I had to bring my grandson there. His mother was about the same age when we first started ordering pizza from them on what we called “Movie and Pizza Fridays.” My oldest son would make sure we didn’t have any leftovers on Thursday night so that we had to stop and grab a few Pizzas on the way home from work/ school on Fridays.

We stumbled into Pagliacci Pizza while waiting for our table at Kamonegi. It was a happy accident, and between the 2 places, our best meal of the night was at Pagliacci Pizza.

They have pizza by the slice and are constantly making new pies. We asked what they had coming up, and upon hearing Pepperoni, we waited for 2 fresh slices. My wife also got their Sun-Dried Tomato and Mushroom pizza.

It took about 10 mins to receive our order, but it was well worth it. The pizzas were thin crust with a good balance of tomato sauce and gooey, stretchy cheese. The pepperonis were of good quality, and there were some heavenly bites.

Normally, I prefer meat, but the Sun-Dried Tomato and Mushroom Pizza was excellent! There’s so much flavor.

When I come back to Seattle, I will definitely come here again for some awesome pizza!

We are from out of town and we were so happy we tried this place while visiting. Fresh ingredients and wonderful, helpful staff. The pizza boxes were so fun too.
Great place!

We all know Pagliacci can be hit or miss.

But this was a MISS. The pizza was offensively bland. Zero flavor and the dough was very dry and too crunchy. No chew to be found.

Despite this, I prevailed against overwhelming offs and managed to finish both slices. You know it’s bad when you barely want to finish your pizza after a workout.

Nice folks working there at least. But Pagliacci, be better, I know you have it in you.

The kind of pizza place that is a definitive upgrade from Big Brand delivery pizza. You pay for the quality but the pizza that you get is always going to be a knockout, and the sauce is really tasty. It’s a B+ kid in a C- world of pizza.
I’m not a small man and I ordered a pizza for myself that was a medium and I could have done with the small. After eating the entire cheese pizza myself, a little later in the day I wanted to sleep for 5 days, but I regret nothing.

Pagliacci is one of the largest dine-in or take-out pizza chains in Seattle, yet it somehow emulates a small business in that the dishes are made with care and attention.

Whole pizzas are thrown and made to order and absolutely baked to perfection. If you’re looking for New York style pizza, you may want to look elsewhere! However, if you want a flavorful, hot, crispy, and satisfying pizza, this is absolutely the place for you.

Somehow, Pagliacci has made a notoriously indulgent meal such as pizza feel like lighter fare! It was not greasy, oily, or heavy at all but still hit the spot 🙂 We ordered a medium margherita pizza to-go. Despite traveling, the crust maintained a pleasant crisp on the bottom and still had a pleasant chew. Toppings were dispersed evenly and surprisingly flavorful given the simplicity of a margherita.

There is a good balance of customer service and maintaining upkeep of the restaurant and other tasks displayed by the employees pleasant and welcoming demeanor, quick service, and extremely clean environment (they have an excellent cleanliness rating).

I do have to say that whole pizzas are kind of expensive, which was expected given the location, but honestly worth it for a special treat or night out. They do sell individual slices that are moderately priced if you don’t feel like dropping $15-30 on one pizza without any sides.

I won’t return regularly, but I will definitely be back.

I’ve seen Pagliacci all over Seattle but had never tried it despite living here for a few years. They offer both individual slices and whole pies. The individual slices are large and cheaper than buying an entire pie, but still feel expensive. I believe it was ~$5/slice vs $20 for an 8 piece pie. Perhaps I am spoiled by New York $1 slices, but the price alone felt disappointing. The flavor was OK, nothing special. Due to the convenience, I’d say it’s worth stopping in, but buy an entire pie.

Accidentally burned my pizza a bit, so stuck around for a remake. Excellent service, they apologized, have me the slightly burned one for free and the remake was wonderful.

If the difference between cheap pizza and expensive pizza is only a couple bucks, you might as well get the good stuff. Been a lifelong fan of pagliacci, and I will continue being so. Stellar pizza and great friendly service. Good to know there is a spot to park! Well, three spots that I didn’t know where there at first lol, but for next time
