Drive thru. Young lady was nice giving my drink and part of my order. Manager yelling something throughout the kitchen. I pulled up for the rest of my food and said Manager brought it out. I said thanks. No reply. As soon as she opened the door back to the lobby she started yelling again something I couldn’t understand. I was the only one there in drive thru and no one was dining inside. Onion rings didn’t taste right. I ate them on the way home and was very sick as I arrived at my house. Couldn’t finish my burger later that night.

I’m DONE with this Burger King! Ordered via drive through, didn’t get a straw, then realized I got the wrong sandwich. I turned around and went back in. The manager said I ordered a #6. I said no, I ordered a Royal Chicken sandwich, classic, large with a coke. He said yes, that’s what you got. I said no, I got an Italian. He smashed the bag with both hands and angrily chucked it at the garbage can 8ft away, missed, and I said Woah man, just give me my money back. He got mad, yelled at me that the employee took the order wrong. But said it like it was my fault. I didnt get my money back, had to wait 10 mins for an $11 shiat sandwich. The shiat attitude is too much. I will not go back again. The sandwich was dripping with mayo, a total mess to eat and it was tiny for $11. Burger King employees are rude and sell poor quality small portion food.

I got the two for 10 meal here they are extremely unprofessional but it is burger king not only did the girl not no the menu but my food came out original chicken sandwich despite the fact that it’s brown it’s extremely undercooked didn’t even realize you can do that I guess they need to change the oil. Baking Burger is not a Big King Burger it was the size of a Whopper Jr. And that was also undercooked as you can see on my Patty from the picture below it’s bright it’s like they brought the iron down pressed it waited a minute and placed it on the bun looks like I’ll be traveling the extra three miles to chapel Hill next time

Always slow when we come but we put up with it. However, tonight we put in an online order but when we got to the drive thru then the person on the speaker said, with no care in their voice whatsoever, they were now closed for Easter and we couldn’t even pick up an order we placed 20 minutes earlier and they couldn’t give us a refund (we’ve emailed customer support but they don’t give a response for 24-48 hours either ). Done with this location for good.

After goin thru the drive thru we were told to pull up to wait for our food as the nuggets had to cook. After waiting 20 mins for our food and pple coming and goin I told my husband to go in and get the food n see what was going on . I waited for about another 10 mins and still he was inside . The restaurant was full of children w their coach ages about 13 to 15 . I seen them abruptly leaving the restaurant and the adult male that was with them motioned for me to roll my window down he told me to go in there and get my husband bc there was trouble in there and that the manager was being very disrespectful to my husband. As I jump out of the car to go see what was goin on the manager was threatening my husband saying he had something in his book bag for my husband to step outside !!!! Under no circumstances should an employee act like this let alone a manager w a whole restaurant w children in it !!!! This is a disgrace to ur restaurant and reputation bc I will never go there again and will advise any and everyone to avoid your restaurant at all cost !!!It was their mistake we didn’t receive our food or it was never brought out bc they young guy at the drive thru stated they gave it to someone else so basically we were forgotten!!!! I have never experienced this non sense in my life and can’t believe pple like this are allowed to run a place of business!!!!!

Worst service I’ve experienced in my life. Ordered food in drive through only to be told to pull up and to get our food. After 20 minutes I went inside only to be curse out by the manager. This place should be shut down! Stay away from this restaurant!
