I usually don’t leave reviews, but my recent visit to this Burger King was frustrating enough that I feel it needs to be shared. Earlier today, the manager on duty around like 1pm was extremely rude and had a very nasty attitude.
What made the situation worse was the way she spoke to her own employees. She was openly disrespectful, talking down to them in front of customers. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere and made the whole experience feel tense and unwelcoming.
I hope upper management looks into this, because the rest of the staff seemed to be trying their best despite the treatment they were receiving. Nobody deserves to be talked to that way—customers or employees.

This BK is part of a gas station ⛽️. It was very clean and had quick service. There is a small grassy area between BK and the advance auto that you can walk your dog, if this is a pit stop on a trip.

I got the two for 10 meal here they are extremely unprofessional but it is burger king not only did the girl not no the menu but my food came out original chicken sandwich despite the fact that it’s brown it’s extremely undercooked didn’t even realize you can do that I guess they need to change the oil. Baking Burger is not a Big King Burger it was the size of a Whopper Jr. And that was also undercooked as you can see on my Patty from the picture below it’s bright it’s like they brought the iron down pressed it waited a minute and placed it on the bun looks like I’ll be traveling the extra three miles to chapel Hill next time

I travel back and forth across our state and I have been stopping there for a while now and I have never had a bad experience there regarding the food, service or anything else.

Took the Impossible Whopper (IW) challenge and I agree that it is NOT POSSIBLE to pass that other thing off as anything to be called any kind of Whopper! First of all, I noticed an unusual kind of industrial like smell when the handed me the bag. Nevertheless I gave it 2 bites and then removed the Impossible patty and transferred my toppings to the OW (Original Whopper). So sorry I’m not sorry.

The young black girl with her name tag upside down was so helpful and sweet, despite the rude and arrogant people who were being extremely difficult, as well as the fact that there were only 1 other cashier, who looked like the manager, and another lady who seemed to be training because she did not have the proper attire on, who also looked like she was making things difficult. Service was a 10/10! Thank you to the young lady!
