Pagliacci Pizza offers a simple menu with several specialty pizzas, a build your own option, plus some salads if you prefer. They also have a few by the slice options ready to serve. We opted to build our own with pepperoni and ground beef. The pizza came out in a reasonable time with a nice crispy crust that wasn’t too thin. The sauce and toppings were in just the right proportions. The dining room was fairly small but we didn’t have to wait for a table at 6pm on a Wednesday. A few more drink options would have been nice, but overall a very nice restaurant with good food and fair prices.

The calzone was bomb-diggity . The bread was so soft but slightly crispy on the outside. Nothing about the stuffing was salty. It was just your right amount of flavor. Ordered sausage (1-topping) only. It comes with mozzarella cheese and ricotta by default. This location is probably one of the busier locations being that it’s located downtown. So I will give them grace. But because the table had some leftover food I subtracted one star. BUT their service was excellent!
