We have visited several branches of Dôme.
Interior:
The interior is very nice, cozy, and pleasantly old-fashioned. Each venue provides a wide range of seating zones. Families with children can easily find large tables or comfortable couches suitable for big groups. Guests who come as a pair, or those who prefer to enjoy breakfast alone, will also find several stylish and quiet areas designed for relaxation.
Menu:
The menu offers a wide selection of diverse and impressive options suitable for everyone, including gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian choices. Breakfast dishes, salads, hot meals, pastry, and desserts are all available. Every meal we have tried was beautifully presented and had excellent flavour. These positive experiences make us want to return again and again.
Staff:
The staff are helpful, polite, and friendly.
Price:
Portion sizes and overall quality are excellent for the price.
Location:

Don’t usually do reviews but on this occasion wanted to share my experience. Placed a simple order for coffee and cake. Coffee arrived promptly and was beautiful however 10 minutes later no cake waited another 5 minutes before asking for the slice of cake, told it was a couple of minutes away. It did arrive as promised but question the delay and lack of an apology. It was not busy , a dozen customers at the most, plenty of staff visible but tables left with discarded food and cups, crows outside taking advantage of this. I’ve always been a Dome fan for years but won’t be back if they can’t even get the basics right

Dôme Ellenbrook – Service to time – 11.30am – 1st August 2025. I visited Dôme Ellenbrook for breakfast and ordered the vegetarian breakfast along with a pot of tea. However, when my order arrived, I discovered that the bowl of mushrooms included a piece of bacon. I immediately raised the issue with a staff member, explaining that I had specifically ordered a vegetarian meal and that the presence of bacon was completely inappropriate. Unfortunately, she seemed confused about the nature of my concern and failed to grasp why serving meat in a vegetarian dish was problematic. She responded in a dismissive manner and simply asked if I wanted another bowl of mushrooms. I declined and requested to speak with a manager. When the manager arrived, I reiterated the issue—that my vegetarian breakfast had been served with bacon. She, too, asked if I would like a replacement bowl of mushrooms, which I declined. I then asked her if she understood the seriousness of the situation, particularly from a dietary and ethical standpoint. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, she asked me what I would like them to do about it. At that point, since no one appeared to understand why this was a significant issue, I requested a refund. When a customer orders a vegetarian meal, it is entirely reasonable to expect that the food will be free from meat and not contaminated in any way. This oversight is not only unacceptable but also shows a concerning lack of awareness around dietary preferences and restrictions. I was not seeking a refund or a replacement meal- I was simply looking for acknowledgment of the mistake and an understanding of why it was unacceptable. However, it became clear that the staff were unable to fully comprehend the issue or appreciate the seriousness of serving meat/ bacon in a vegetarian meal. Please educate your staff and provide them with the necessary coaching.

Thought I would give Dome another go after experiencing a really bad experience about 6months ago……at Ellenbrook Dome was worse. Im actually very disappointed in the food and service. Waited 50mins for our food with no apology or nothing from the staff ( made it worse, was not even busy ) food was cold place was dirty, saw another family with kids ask for a refund as they had been waiting for 1hour ( felt sorry for there kids , little darlings were hungry) . Would not recommend this place to anyone nor will we be back ever to ANY Dome!

First visit to the Dome Ellenbrook. This Dome has an outdoor, indoor and upstairs seating area. This Dome is very airy and plenty of seating.
The service was friendly and efficient. Lots of parking at the rear of the building.
The menu is the same as other Domes. Overall a positive experience.

Every time we order a drink there – they always get our order wrong. Also they either bring the drinks out way too early and you finish your drinks and still waiting for your food for ages- or you get your food – eat it and still wait ages after for your drinks. Some of the staff are not very friendly .

Had breakfast this morning around 9:30AM
We ordered 2 pancakes and the presentation wasn’t the best, I expect to have the cream in a side dish rather than plotted on top.
The food wasn’t that bad just needs to work more on presentation….. the frozen berries were pretty sour should just stick to Strawberries instead.
The girl who served us, don’t know her name, she didn’t give us a table number nor did she ask for a receipt she was busy chatting away to the other workers. She did end up handing us our table number. They also forgot our coffee that we ordered and the other girl didn’t even know about it….. we waited for 10 minutes.
There was a tall young girl with blonde hair tied up in a bun who was very professional and apologised for the errors, she was awesome! Her hospitality was spot on!
If I was to give a small advice, train your workers about standards. Dome has more standards than the Fast food outlets out there, so as customers we should expect it to be a little more higher than that.

Coffee, pastries/food, service all good. Ambiance is ok, I guess a little bit of tidying would be nice as well. The furniture is a bit worn out. All in all still ok.

Completely disappointing when you see the specials menu has changed and what you get is nothing like advertised. Not to mention we had to alter our order a couple of times because things weren’t available. Complete waste of money
