Pagley’s Pasta & More is a New Castle classic! My family and I have been coming here for years, it’s a true staple of the Italian Sunday dinner scene here in New Castle. The pink sauce? Absolutely top-tier. Creamy, flavorful, and the best around. Whether it’s pasta, chicken parm, or anything in between, you can’t go wrong. Feels like home every time!

Food is good, but that’s it. It’s hard to get them to answer the phone to place a takeout order, your food is never ready on time, your order is ALWAYS missing items and the owner is extremely rude. The bad experiences far outweigh the good.

Haven’t been to Pagley’s in about a year since the last time I came our server was SO slow and was no where to be found. After we paid, came outside to see him smoking in the parking lot. Guess that’s where he was the whole time.
Came back today to try again and had the same guy. Hostess was wonderful but the male server with the ponytail only came to our table to get our order (after the other servers had to find him) and bring our food and check. Slow, unpleasant and was again no where to be found when we needed things (even though the restaurant was almost empty). Would’ve loved to get dessert but he just brought the check. I had to ask another server to charge our card cause he took forever to come back to the table.

Food was delicious! Atmosphere was very empty and dated. Only $60 for three people with multiple plates of food! Amazingly huge and delicious portions! Waitress name was Taylor! Excellent as well! Definitely recommend

The food was absolutely amazing. Everything we had was superb and priced very competitively.
The service was fine but pretty slow, it wasn’t our server’s fault, she was great but there only seemed to be two servers in the whole place during Saturday dinner service.
The atmosphere… you don’t go here for the ambience you go for the food. We will definitely be back.

This place is amazing you couldn’t ask for a better Italian restaurant. My 8-year-old absolutely loves the calamari. She gets it anytime and every time we go there. This is one of my mom and pop’s favorite places to go to eat after church. The staff are always amazing

The only i can say is yuck. Not real Italian. I get it, tastes differ from everyone. But when I’m told by the employees that the pasta sauce is nothing more then tomatoes paste in a can, I will forever pass by this place from now on. Shame on you Tony. Such a disappointment.

I live out of town and have been craving Pagley’s, so tonight I bought dinner for my family. I was SO disappointed in the quality of food that I honestly will never order here again. My fettuccini alfredo was bland, the chicken was hard and dry, and the salad was completely inedible. My salad was brown and my sister found black pieces of lettuce in hers. This meal was definitely not worth the $70 I spent. My mom liked her raviolis, which is the only reason I’m giving it 2 stars.

The food is the best. However, they reserve tables instead of call ahead. Last time we were told they were not even able to serve us because we didnt have a reservation. Terrible customer service. There were many tables just empty “reserved”. We were given the option to put a to go order in and wait a hour. We did not. To go portions are smaller that when you eat in. They need to use call ahead seating instead of reservation.
