Ordered a large specialty pizza online. They charge .95 cents to order online, even for takeout. We received a text 7 minutes after ordering pizza that it was ready for pickup. Really?? We called and asked if a freshly cooked pizza could be ready in 7 minutes. Staffer told us that they were having problems with their system. Pizza will be ready in 15 minutes. Picked up pizza after the 15 minutes. Horrible!! We could tell that it was precooked dough and sauce and just added toppings and cheese melted. Dough was cold, sauce looked dried up. Very disappointed. We decided to give them another try as previous order wasn’t up to par either. Hope owner can make some changes. You’ve lost our business…

Stopped in for lunch, there were no slices so my coworkers decided to go across the street. I got a sub, the toppings were good but, the bread was like dough. Couldn’t eat it.! We work in the area quite often but, will never go back!

I order from Paesanos quite a bit and have always enjoyed their food. Tonight we ordered 2 dozen wings, extra crispy. They were delivered in less than 20 minutes! They were super rubbery including the meat. We ended up throwing them out. I did reach out to the restaurant for either new ones or a refund and didn’t get an answer. I’m sure we will order again but it won’t be any time soon. Very disappointed tonight

Stopped in to get dinner while on a work trip. At almost 45 min to close I was greeted with an attitude. Actually to say greeted is being generous, rather it was a dirty look like I was a bother. I am guessing hours mean nothing anymore. Will make sure our company never places orders again. So unprofessional for a service industry worker. If 0 stars was an option that is what they would getting.

I called at 2 pm for a preorder to be delivered at 515pm, and it did not show up until 545. The food was cold, pizza was hard as a rock as it sat out, it had absolutely no sauce on it.The cheese sticks were were also cold. I haven’t ordered in 2 years since last time my order was wrong, pizza was old, and it took over 2 hours to receive it.

We usually get very food and service, but not today. Our order was a disappointment, the pizza was burnt and the cheese on the top didn’t seem to be fully melted. I understand business, but when you pick up your order you still get penalized for using a card to purchase your food.

Ordered 2 x-large pizzas 2 orders of wings and 2 orders of mozzarella sticks and all of it was barely edible and cold the pizzas and mozzarella sticks weren’t cooked fully one of the mozzarella sticks came with cocktail sauce instead of marinara sauce. The wings were the only thing cooked but they had no flavor it was like I was eating baked chicken. On top of all of that everyone in the house ended up waking up and puking at 2 or 3 in the morning. To sum everything up the food was honestly barely edible and got us all sick I do not recommend ordering here and I will not be ordering here again.

Working out of town, a month or so ago ordered 3 different pizzas for crew, all were Very Good. had the carnivore, buff chicken and cheese Just ordered and ate a half dozen wings, Hot and crispy w/xtra sauce, again they did not disappoint Will order pizzas and wings again

I should have known that the food was ready WAY too fast. I picked up a Stromboli and took it home. When I got home I discovered that the center of my Stromboli was cold, veggies still raw, dough still raw, I tried to bake it again in my oven but it didn’t work. The dough and veggies were still raw. Wings were great though, love the garbage sauce and home made blue cheese.
