I absolutely love the vibe of this place! Starting with our server Abigail! She was very welcoming and informative of dishes. The drinks and food were amazing. The music, vibes, and people looking amazing was a plus! Will definitely be back! Oh I had the “Oh Gritty /w Lamb Chops”… my Lord! Chef kiss!

Been here 2 times. And each time my food is good. It is hot well seasoned and it comes
Out quickly. I’m in love with the green beans. The service is good as well. The bathroom is well stocked. The food And drinks are reasonably priced. The bartender was able to make fancy drinks for us Jon drinkers. Which is a plus! The parking is off street so beware for those that may not like to parallel park. It o an always able to pull into a spot I would definitely come Back for girls night, date night and family night.

Food was great. We didnt have to wait that long and the food came out wonderfully. Looked and tasted great. Staff was kind, to the point, and considerate. The fresh toast was the highlight of our meal.

I came in after church for a meal and was disappointed from the start. I arrived at 12:15, right after they opened, and the door was locked, which should’ve been my sign to leave. Service was terrible, and it took 2 full hours for my food to come out. After such a long wait, I expected better, but the food was a major letdown. Who puts Old Bay in mac & cheese? Completely ruined the flavor. The only thing worth mentioning was the fish, which was actually good. Everything else was a waste of time, money, and patience. They should be ashamed to serve people like this.

Oh and not to mention they added a delivery fee to my receipt… why is there a delivery fee if I sat down and ate ? Like I mentioned before .. NEVER AGAIN.

Very disappointed in my experience.

I came to Richmond to visit my daughter and was looking forward to enjoying a good meal. The hostess was polite and friendly and told us it would be a 30-minute wait for a table for four, or we could sit at the bar. The bar was full, so we waited. Unfortunately, that 30 minutes turned into 45 minutes, even though several tables appeared to be empty, which was confusing.

After finally being seated, it took about 15 minutes before our waitress came to the table. She brought water, and when we asked for lemons, we received two very thin slices. She then disappeared for another 15 minutes before returning to take our order.

When we tried to order, we were told they were out of multiple items — mac and cheese, rice, and even lavender for the lavender lemon drop. We asked again for more lemon, and it took another 10–15 minutes to receive four thin slices. At that point, it honestly felt like lemons were being rationed.

After waiting 45 minutes to an hour, only one plate came out — chicken (two tenders that tasted like they were fried in old grease) and a waffle that was thin as a crepe. The waitress placed it on the edge of the table, not even in front of anyone. Shortly after, a glass of pineapple juice with a couple of blueberries was delivered — with no alcohol in it at all.

We were repeatedly told that the rest of our food (penne pasta, Brussels sprouts, and another chicken tender plate) would be out “shortly.” Shortly turned into never.
I finally went to the front to ask about our order and was told it would be another 5–10 minutes. However, when the curtain to the kitchen opened, staff were standing around laughing and joking while customers continued to wait.
At that point, we decided to leave.

This establishment appears to be poorly operated and severely lacking in service and organization. I would not recommend dining here.

If I could give zero stars I would.

When I say EVERYTHING that hit the table was a 10/10 ! First time going for Brunch & I promise to be back. My family enjoyed every bite. Drink was delicious and the sauce and flavor on the shrimp appetizer was different and yummy. The entire staff was amazing. I loved their uniforms and vibes. The young lady at the host stand, the food runners, the server, I was just so impressed by the attentiveness. Smiles, verbiage, mannerism, and customer service is THE BEST I’ve seen in the city. I can’t wait to go back to try something new.

Good food! POOR SERVICE! 4 of us got there at 2:45 ordered our food and didn’t get it until 4:30. Our waitress apologized and said we’d get a discount because of the wait; our receipt comes and meals and sides were on the wrong tickets and there was no discount! They had to correct it and waited another 30mins for that! On top of that it was freezing so bring a coat if you still plan on eating here:) Definitely don’t plan on going back

I stopped by Paq’s Kitchen in Richmond as a surprise visit during “The Rock Project” outing. While the owner was giving an inspiring talk to the youth about being a business owner, I decided to show some support and order a turkey burger. They were out of it, but I did get the fries and they were absolutely delicious!
