Use to be much better at this location when they had employees who actually paid attn to detail. I was a regular customer. Since a few awesome employees went elsewhere the pizzas are not the same. There undercooked when u ask for well done and when you say light cheese it’s like they purposely put extra. Waste of money. How you going to allow raw bread bites to get sent out? Wow just wow. This store is going downhill!!! ALWAYS GETTING PIZZAS WRONG HERE!!! Update they must have new management here because these guys have been on point for the last couple times pizzas have been cooked to perfection. The bread bites are not raw so they must definitely have new management. Keep up the good work guys.

Several times they either deliver things to wrong addresses when apartment numbers are stated. Or they completely leave items out then when you call them politely to let them know they battle with you and disrespect you. Piss poor customer service. Beyond rude. The woman I spoke with shouldn’t be employed there. Been working with people as long as I can remember and have never been disrespectful, especially over a beverage . DISGUSTING SERVICE. Get a frozen pizza from the dollar store, it’ll be a better experience.

We have always ordered from them for yrs now and we ordered from them today and paid with a card. After we had already paid they called us back and told us that they no longer delivered to us and when we asked to speak to a manager about it they left us on hold for almost 15 minutes before we just hung up. They never called us back to tell us if they would honor our order or not since it was their mess up and it would take 3 to 5 days for the money to go back on our card. After over an HR I called them back for them to tell us that they had cancelled our order. I was a manager of a pizza restaurant and I know that we would over ride the system if it was our mess up. our order.

Just tried ordering over the phone and I was two minutes in until someone came on and told me to please hold and sat for another 5 minutes waiting with still no response. Also the previous times I noticed if you pay by card over phone you will not receive your pizza in 30 minutes or less it was damn near an hour before I got two cold pizzas with the wrong toppings. 100% will not recommend eating here.
So adding on to this review I ordered two pizzas some garlic twist and an order of lava cakes at 7:50pm I call back at 9:12 and asked where my food was. They said they did not receive my order nor did they get a call from me when they obviously did. So not only they trying to make themselves look better and say they didn’t get my order but then tried to get me to order again without any sort of compensation. Completely dissatisfied after trying to give this place a second chance.

These wonderful hardworking food workers always do an outstanding job. The delivery drivers are always prompt, curious, and literally go the extra mile, I live far off the road and my drive can be a bit scary to folks, and domino’s always delivers politely and with a smile. And of course piping hot Za. Thank you.
