The waitress was so kind and professional. She did not even look at the card machine while swiping to avoid seeing the tip amount. That is classy and professional behaviour right there.
Also, it must be one of my costliest dinner ever at $39 including tips and taxes.

Here’s some of the selections that I’ve had in the past at various Pacific Catch restaurants that I really liked. Seabass Skewers, Baja Shrimp Ceviche, Guaca-Poke, Grilled Asparagus, Sushi Rolls, Miso Black Cod, Lobster Roll, Taco Plater, Fish and Chips, Kanpachi, Chocolate Lava cake, Pineapple Right Side Up cake, Hula Brownie Sundae.
Had lunch with three colleagues today, and although we were walk-ins, we were seated right away. Our server was good, and the Luau Bowl, three of us ordered, was really good and filling. It consisted of Kalua Pork, Ahi Tuna Poke, Mac Salad, Stir-fry vegetables, Teriyaki Sauce, and Sushi Rice. For lunch it was a lot of food.
I had a very disappointing dining experience at Pacific Catch tonight, and unfortunately, it was far below my expectations.
First, when I walked in, no one greeted me. I stood there for a while before being acknowledged, which immediately gave me a bad first impression. When I was finally seated, my table was dirty, and the cups were almost sticking to the surface. It was very uncomfortable and unhygienic.
The service and food preparation were also extremely slow. We waited a long time for our meals, and when my food finally arrived, my favorite dish—Surf & Turf—was badly overcooked and burned. It was dry and unpleasant, which was very disappointing, especially considering the price.
Speaking of price, I also noticed that the menu has changed. The old menu had photos, which made ordering much easier. The new menu is less user-friendly, has no pictures, and on top of that, the prices have increased. It feels like customers are paying more while getting a worse experience.
Overall, this visit was frustrating from start to finish: poor service, dirty tables, slow food, low quality, and higher prices. I used to enjoy coming here, but after this experience, I’m not sure I will return.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both service and quality.
Seafood options are not as expansive as a traditional seafood restaurant like Market Broiler or Kings Fish house, but what they do they do well. Most everything is light, fresh, and well prepared. The prepared salads are particularly good. Service and staff are friendly.
Prices are on the higher side, but Pacific Catch targets more upscale areas. Prices reflect the buying power of the local demographic.
On a sunny afternoon, snag a seat in the outside dining area, grab a salad and a glass of wine, and enjoy the Silicon Valley vibe. Bright, airy, and casual , the venue is a good first date restaurant,in my opinion. The relaxed yet festive atmosphere lends itself to casual conversation, and, perhaps a 2nd date.
