Usually good at this location they went a little slow today, but overall great service and food quality. I get the golden chick deal, two usually got the tenders with mashed potatoes and corn nuggets, today they were warm and nuggets hot and gravy a little warm. The first location that I’ve noticed to have the 6 dollar deal.

I placed an online order at 8:56 for four meals and an order of jalapeño poppers with cheese. When my husband went to pick up the order, only three of the meals were received. When I returned to the Golden chick to let them know they refused to remake my order fresh, although it had been an hour lapse in time because we stay 20 minutes away from the golden chick and then he had to drive 20 minutes home and I had to drive 20 minutes back. So we were stuck getting cold chicken, the young African-American lady at the drive-through window refused to refund my money, she refused to give me the manager‘s name, and it was only 1006 and she refused to make fresh food. She said they close at 11 and they don’t make fresh food. They only give what they have up and she refuse to give me any of the fresh food that was up. I am completely unhappy with my service. She said that the manager’s name is Jessica but would not give me a last name she said she was not unaware of what her last name was and her and a bunch of children are running that store with no adults present. There really should be some law against Children running a store that deals with finance and customer service if they do not have someone experienced when problems arise. I’m not even sure that they are doing proper hygiene. The lady at the window said that she was the night manager well the young girl at the window said that she was the night manager and refused to give me her name also. That’s how I know she was a child.

Order 3 roasted chicken $6.00 specials. I live 40 minutes away. I got home unpacked the bags and noticed that only one order had a side of mashed potatoes. The other roasted chicken had no side and the other chicken was fried with no side. I called the restaurant and they asked me to bring the order back. I explained that I I do not live in Forest Hill and I would not be back there until Monday. Instead of refunding me or giving me a credit card, they asked me to bring the entire order back in Monday. Insanity! But, I out all the boxes back in the bag and will bring it back to them. Lesson learned. Last time ordering from the restaurant. Poor customer service. I’ve order large meals from the restaurant for work and parties before, but this was a mess. Mistakes happen. Don’t accuse the customer of stealing mashed potatoes. Acknowledge your mistakes and offer a resolution. Thank you.

This is my first time at this location and my absolute last! One of the worst fast food experiences ever. I went through the drive-thru. You can barely hear anything. The little rude young children you have working there are ridiculously rude! When I got to the window the little girl did not speak took my card without saying thank you. I ordered four different sides. Fries, okra, Mac and cheese, and green beans. The little girl with the attitude, handed me a BAG of fries and okra with the cups of mac and cheese and green beans on top of the fries!!! I parked my car and went back in and very kindly asked her to please separate my sides and not throw them all in the same bag together. Once again she did not speak there was no smile on her face. She never said a word to me! She snatched the bag off the counter and went and separated my items. She brought the food back in proper containers, but still never said a word to me just handed it to me. As I’m standing at the counter waiting for my food, a couple that was dining in, were coming back to the counter because they messed up their order. That customer said she “should have went to Taco Bell instead”. Everyone in there looks like children trying to run a business. I will never ever come back to this place and will suggest that anyone else that I know not patronize this place. Going by the previous reviews you guys as a company doesn’t really care about customer service training. Nasty food and horrible customer service

The staff acted as though I was an inconvenience for being in the store. I wasn’t listened to my the woman taking my order. I ordered a large drink got a medium. I let that slide. Ordered two sides with my meal and got 1 side. I was charged for two sides. My fault for not checking before leaving. Next time I will find a different location to go to.

Service here is in the dumps. Idk who they hire but no matter the time of day the service sucks. Orders consistently wrong, they will leave you at the drive thru to die, and if you drive around to the window to get acknowledged after being ignored at the call box they pretend everything is good. Like I’ve been waiting for an acknowledgment to order, screamed hello for 10min. Come in because order is wrong AFTER that and then the employees throw each other under the bus and talk trash back n forth to each other. Wish I could say it’s all teens but every employee…adults too. SMH I took a long break from going and decided to try again after months of refusing to go for my family and you guessed it…trash customer service.

The place is your average fast food. I like to try the new wing flavors when they have them. The food is average, the wings are too small for my liking. They have/had a dill pickle flavor but I’ve tasted better. The dill pickle wasn’t potent enough, I couldn’t distinguish them from the lemon pepper ones so that was disappointing

The staff here were amazingly friendly and quick to get my food, fresh from the holding area and the frycook especially is an amazing person who I think everyone should strive to be like even helped the other staff members to pack the food up for me and it was an all-around amazing experience.

These low reviews didn’t not disappoint rude girls at the drive through for a pick up order. Hands food over no drink has an attitude when I mention I’m missing the drink and closes the window right after, get to my destination just to see the order wasn’t even complete, yes I should have checked before leaving but with that service who’s gonna even want to ask anything. Called up to let them know and the manager clearly trying them to not care cause her response and letting that girl have an attitude while I could still hear was ridiculous. Eating out is something we choose to do not have to do and for this to be the service the location is providing is insane.

The spicy wings and lemon pepper was good flavor, HOWEVER the seasoning is VERY salty. If a person has highblood pressure I wouldn’t recommend them or maybe you just eat a couple. The coleslaw was good and tastey. I had the pink lemonade, it was good. The you lady at the register was very polite and courteous good customer service.
