I can’t get over how good this food was. Absolutely the best smash burger I have ever had. Carne asada fries are perfect. The pastor in the street tacos has such an incredible flavor and is so tender and juicy. This place should have a line out the door daily.

Don’t walk run and get here to Pacheco Taco and Burgers now!! When I say they have one of the best smash-style burgers you can find here in the Dallas Metro area, they’re up there! I ordered the Texas Sun Burger it’s loaded with flavor, fresh grilled onions, and a little spice (not too spicy). It’s topped with their house “heat sauce,” which has the perfect amount of flavor, and the Swiss cheese was melted to perfection!
Freshly cut French fries nice and thick, so delicious I double-dipped mine in ketchup and ranch! I was greeted and served by Jenni shoutout to Jenni because she’s amazing and steered me in the right direction.
I used to love Barbacoa; however, after several inconsistencies from different providers outside of this food chain, I’d drifted away from my love of it. So here I am today giving it another try! I squeezed a fresh lime all over my Barbacoa and took the biggest bite I could and wow! I’ll definitely be back here again. I’m almost certain I’ll order the same thing at some point or another. Definitely give this place a try these Barbacoa tacos are not only inexpensive (two for six dollars plus tax), but they’re seriously good.
I want to give a special thank-you to the kitchen staff — Lead Chef Adan Pacheco and the assistant cooks Deonta (Tae) and Artees! Their attention to detail and the way they handle each order with the same amount of energy, care, and flavor is unmatched. I can’t express it enough you guys have an awesome team, and I pray you never waver from what you’re providing.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a year and I finally made the trip over and it lived up to the hype. The double smash burger was Amazing. For sure one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t change a thang! I ordered the Carne asada fries and they were tasty. I would say the fries to meat ratio was a little off because it could have had a bit more meat but it was still good. I would have liked a Mexican cheese rather than queso but I know Texans like the queso. I also got the barbacoa tacos and they were really good. Maybe a touch on the salty side but very enjoyable. The burger was the star. The girl who took my order was so nice and helpful. I will definitely come back and it’s in the taproom if you want to have drinks and hangout it’s a great spot for a group.

A true smashburger is an art. I’m confidently placing this in my Top 3.
The smashburger itself was a masterpiece of flavor. The sear was deep, that crust was crispy without crossing the line into overly brittle or dry edges. The ingredient ratio was nothing short of perfection.
The chicken option was surprisingly great as well. The cashier had infectious energy. She made the whole ordering experience a joy!

Holy crap this was great. The asado fries were to die for. The double smash was ok– quite salty, the special sauce is mustard base and there were a lot of pickles so I would remove those. The daddy chill was reported by my sig other to be quite good too. The girl at the window took our order, provided everything we needed. Will definitely come back for those fries!

A must try!!! All the food was delicious! We had the double smash, Texas sun, carne asada fries and tacos de Al pastor. Our favorite was the Al Pastor tacos! They favor on them was out of this world! By far one of the best Al Pastor tacos we’ve ever had.. and we have had a lot of tacos! lol the smash burger were both very flavorful but the house sauce on the double smash was really good! Carne asada fries were loaded very well and the seasoning on the fries were yummy! Customer service was great!
The only reason why I didn’t give my rating a 5 was bcuz it was a little pricy for the portion sizes.

LOVE. The food is so delicious. I originally had their burgers at a pop-up event from their food truck. It was one of the best burgers I’ve had in the DFW. I also went to their location downtown and it was still just as amazing.
