Best shrimp burrito and horchata I’ve had! My friend got the quesabirria tacos and it was delicious. And the churros. And the horchata. And the chips and guac. They are very generous.

Ordered the taco tuesday deal (pastor, carnita, pollo, and chorizo), 3 quesabirrias with consume, and a small quac. The chorizo was my favorite and the quesabirrias was my partners favorite! Food was delicious! I ordered in advance and it was ready on time and still warm. The lady was so nice who handed me my food. Another delicious date night in the books

I had the pleasure of trying the pablos burrito with steak from the food truck at the phoenixville free clinic field day. And man it was deliscious, a massive burrito filled with awesome quality and flavor. Amazingly the burrito held together as packed with goodness as it was. I hope you all enjoy their fabulous Mexican foods as much as I did. God bless!

It’s really good!!
I’m originally from Mexico and lived there for 25 years, so I know what authentic Mexican food tastes like. My husband told me he’s seen great reviews about Pablo’s Taqueria on FB groups, so we finally decided to try it. He ordered fish tacos with a side of rice & beans. I wanted ‘sopes’ but with Oaxaca cheese instead of meat. I called and asked them if it was possible to customize the ‘sopes,’ and they were very friendly, saying, ‘nothing’s impossible for us.’ I LOVED my ‘sopes’ so much! They were bigger than other ‘sopes’ I’ve tried in town. My husband said he enjoyed his fish tacos as well. We ended up ordering again the next day .

It’s a taco truck so the atmosphere rating isn’t really appropriate. Nicely decorated though. Definitely come here for taco Tuesdays four for ten dollars. The chicken is especially good. Meat fillings are very generous. I’ve had their special Pablo burrito in the last few weeks which is excellent at $13.99 – it’s so large that I’m ordering the regular sized one next time at $11.99. all items on the menu are made to order, takes around six minutes. You can order ahead of time too with their website online ordering options. Next time I’ll take pictures.

Pablo’s food truck is known for its vibrant flavors and fresh ingredients, making it a popular choice among food enthusiasts. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, perfect for a quick bite or a leisurely meal.
Their menu often features a variety of options, including burritos, tacos, enchiladas, and special seasonal dishes. The Pablo chicken burrito, in particular, is a crowd favorite, praised for its generous portions and flavorful fillings. The burrada enchiladas add a unique twist, often filled with savory ingredients and topped with rich sauces.
For seafood lovers, the fish and shrimp tacos are typically made with fresh seafood, lightly seasoned and served with a zesty sauce, offering a refreshing taste.
Pablo’s is not just a go-to for Taco Tuesday; it’s a place where you can satisfy your cravings any day of the week. Many patrons appreciate the convenience of the food truck setting, as it allows them to enjoy high-quality Mexican cuisine on the go.
If you’re looking for a place that delivers both taste and a fun dining experience, Pablo’s is definitely worth a visit!

Pablo’s is my number one takeout spot in Phoenixville. Why, you ask? First, the food is amazing. I’ve never had a bad meal here. The mild salsa is really good and the hot salsa is fantastic. The sopes, burritos, tacos, and quesadillas are all fire. The Lent taco special (fish, shrimp, and veggie taco platter) has been excellent. There are also plenty of healthy choices here which is much appreciated. Secondly, the service is wonderful. Whether you order at the truck or online, it doesn’t take too long for Pablo’s to ready your order (10-15 minutes on average). Finally, the setup is fully geared towards takeout because that’s all they do. And there’s ample parking, which is always a concern when dining in Pville. This is an 11/10 taco truck

I go here whenever I am in town and talk about it when I’m not. I blame this place for the reason I gained 40lbs while pregnant. Food is reasonably priced and they load your plate like you haven’t eaten in days. If they had more hours, I would be on my 600lb life.

Fantastic tacos and burritos for a good price. My only complaint is that the styrofoam containers and plastic bags are a bit wasteful.

The best food I’ve ever had in my life. Dinner for under $20 on Bridge Street? Yes, please. Outside or take out only no bathroom. It’s best to sit farther away from the generator. Otherwise, a gem. Get the campechano burrito. The sauce, guacamole, wrap, and meat are delish.
