Pablo’s Mexican Kitchen is a Chef driven, full-service Mexican Restaurant. All recipes are made fresh in-house daily. We use a very natural way of cooking, roasting vegetables & blending them together to create unique & interesting sauces. Most of our food is Gluten-Free because of our natural cooking process. We are a Farm to Fork restaurant, which keeps us creative through the different seasons, by using top quality products that are in season; Certified Hereford outside skirt steak, hand-picked avocados & fresh, ripe tomatoes. Went in for a quick bite. Ordered the special spicy fajitas. Terrible… Basically a plate of sauteed vegetables with about 5-6 pieces of meat. Finding the meat in the picture is like one of those online puzzles. Can you see it?

First time we came to Pablo’s to eat. Our waiter, Thomas, was extremely kind and attentive to our table. He was very busy the whole time, yet he never neglected us. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was outstanding. We ordered the chicken fajitas for two — I highly recommend this restaurant!

This restaurant has always been a top favorite of my Dad and I. Mike, the manager is extremely kind and has always taken care of my dad and I. Ivan is absolutely awesome, and a great server. We eat here for breakfast, but you can also order from their lunch menu. The rice is good—moist and flavorful. Overall, the food is decent. Our server at that time was not attentive. He gave us the lunch menu and went to chat with other staff that we waited long to put our order. We give credit to the front lady; she accommodated our needs during check out since we couldn’t find our server.

The place is nice. Food was great! My fajitas were nice and tender, great flavor.
My boyfriend got that Fantasma Casper dish and he loved it, said his portion was huge and flavor was great.
My only issue was our server. She was nice but was not attentive at all.
She took awhile to get any refill.
When I ordered, she even asked me what type of bean did I want, which I said charro, but got refried beans.
When we sat, we got no silverware and when I asked for napkins and silverware, she just dropped off some napkins and kept walking.
So when the food came and she left, we didn’t even have a fork to use, I got tired of waiting and walked to some other table and grabbed the wrapped silverware from there.
She didn’t really pick up anything from our table, so after finishing our queso and piled the plates for her to take, she didn’t not.
She didn’t pick up the empty cups on the table, so when our food came there was barely any room to put the plates down.
Great food but service also matters.

My first time eating here and we had a group of 10. Our server was amazing – read back all of our orders to us and all our food came out together and hot. The stand out to me was the Orlando Dip. So good! The Texas chili enchilada was also fun to try. The crunchy taco had a really healthy portion of ground beef in it, too – they don’t skimp out like some other places do. Highly recommend this place!

It was a good experience. Going there right after work was a good choice. There was plenty of seating. Eventually, the place was full. The staff were very nice. The food was decent. However, the crawfish quesadilla didn’t have enough crawfish for my liking. It tasted just like a cheese quesadilla. The drinks were good.
