Pablo’s is hands down my favorite place to eat and enjoy a margarita in Clarksville. The food is always amazing, the margaritas are perfection, and the atmosphere just feels like home. What really sets this place apart is the staff — they’ve truly become like family and always make me feel welcome and happy the moment I walk in. Whether I’m stopping by for a quick bite or settling in for a long meal, Pablo’s never disappoints. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great food, great drinks, and even better people.

The quesabirria tacos were extremely disappointing. More meat than cheese, and absolutely covered in a chili powder paste. The meat, the tortillas (inside and out)- coated in paste. My fingers, teeth, & mouth were stained from trying to eat them. I ate 1.5 of 3 before I gave up. The bloody Mary was diluted & the blue sugar on the other drinks rim ran all over the glass staining my boyfriend’s hand. The salsa was bland, & the spicy salsa was hot, but also bland. The best thing here was the nachos fajitas jalisco, which were flavorful & loaded with meat & veggies. The portion was fit for the hungry. The service was excellent.

Delicious, authentic, affordable, with large portions. Very friendly staff and on Sat evenings they have live music. If you haven’t tried it, you definitely should!

We have driven by Pablo’s going to our regular haunts for as long as they have been open. We took a stab at something new tonight and were impressed. We did an online order for pick up, which can be a risk on a good day with any restaurant. I arrived a couple of minutes early, and the man at the reception counter was friendly. The scheduled order completion time was between 6:05 and 6:10. They walked out with the food at 6:06. A great start. Any pickup is a little cold, so there wasn’t much exchange between us. I got a polite thank you as I took my order and headed home.
The food was packaged well. Nothing spilled, and nothing was soggy. As much as a to-go order could be, there was a nice presentation.
The food was great. We had Tacos Carne Asada and Tacos al Pastor, along with choriqueso. The flavors were deep and authentic. The portions were perfect, and we were happy. The only question I had was about the hotdogs in the beans…I’ve never had that in Mexican food. (We had a chuckle about it, but it didn’t affect our experience.)
I’ll give them a try in-store next. It isn’t often that I would recommend carry-out from any restaurant, but they did well. Give them a shot.

Pablo’s is a decent Mexican Restaurant. Better than most in town. Pablo’s has some strong points and weak points. Your personal likes and dislikes will determine your own thoughts on Pablo’s.
Several items to note. Pablo’s offers an authentic Tacos al Pastor complete with pineapple, an ingredient often missing in other restaurant servings. In addition, the homemade salsa is authentic and spicy. It is a must have so be sure and ask the friendly staff for it. Finally, the homemade guacamole was different than served elsewhere and was very good.
Pablo’s is in the old Pbody’s on Riverside Drive Clarksville Tennessee. The older people will fondly remember this as the site of Super Giant Dairy Freeze. I loved a thick Super Giant milkshake, but there were things I didn’t like at Pablo’s. The chips and salsa served when seated were far inferior to other places. Also, the enchilada sauce tasted like marina sauce. There were other less than stellar things but overall, Pablo’s is a good place to eat.

Excellent! Being a military family & moving around so much, it’s really hard to find good Mexican food. Look no further, Pablo’s is probably in my top 5 of places I’ve ate at, and I’m really picky about my Mexican food. Flavor was on point, large portions, prices are much lower than establishments near by, staff was very friendly, we had so much food left over, we ate the next day. My husband had the molcajete, I had the parillada Don Pablo. This is definitely going to be our go to place.

I have no idea what the server name his but he is amazing. I walk in on taco Tuesday with my motorcycle group and get fist bumps and asked if I’ll have my usual. Definitely best part of my week on weekly basis. If you like full size tacos at great prices highly recommend.

We went there for the first time tonight and it was SO GOOD!! My husband got the burritos locos and a side of chicken with cheese sauce and I had the vegetarian combo #4 (it came with rice, a cheese enchilada topped with cheese sauce, and a veggie quesadilla-broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and onions I believe) and a cheese enchilada (with the red sauce). We got a small side of cheese sauce as well. He had a sweet tea and me a water. All of that was under $35 with tax! Well worth the money and the food tasted really good too. We ordered and it came out like five minutes later too! Fast and friendly service and good hot food!!

My friend Juliana and I tried this restaurant out last weekend. It was sooo busy, we couldn’t figure out who our waiter was at one point lol. The food though, you definitely get your money worth there!! The restroom was clean. I just recommend telling people to pay at the cash register, we waited needlessly for the waiter to pick up our card lol. We will definitely be back!
