Was not impressed with this location. I ordered a whopper, and tried to use my free any size fry in the app. Cashier says I don’t have enough points. There is no such requirement. Only requirement is at least a 1 cent order. Then I decided to use my $1 large onion rings coupon, but the app would not let me because I had just “Used” the free fries coupon. So I ordered just the whopper. Sitting in my booth waiting for .y order, I decided to order a .50 cent cone, and that free fries. This order was called right away, before any of our other food. Just before I was done eating, they called my name again, and gave me the free fries mobile order again. I told them I had already received them, and he said it was my lucky day. (Their should have been another ice cream cone then too, but I won’t complain 🙂 )

I have never had such an epic fail on fast food. I should have known better when the cashier asked if Mcdonald was closed? (Across the street). No ice, flat soda, cold fish sandwich, and overly salty fries….

They sell us our food and give us cups. No ice when we try the machine so we go to the counter. They tell us their ice machine is broke and they are out of ice. 2 minutes later an employee comes out with a cup full of ice to fill at the machine. As we wait for our food another drink with ice goes out. So, either they lie or are lazy but either way it is very unprofessional not to inform customers upon ordering that they do not have ice. Our fries were not hot.

Very courteous manager but they seem to run out of ice way too much. That forces you to drink a warm soda which spoils the fact that I watch their TV programming before finishing my trip home from work. It might be the time of day as I normally get there between 5.30PM and 6.30PM. The staff is however very courteous but wish they could solve that problem.
