Pablito’s has been a staple in the Dalton area for years and I feel I’ve done a disservice by waiting this long to review it. This may be the best Mexican cuisine anywhere. Dalton has the best in general, but Pablito’s puts the rest to shame. The carne asada is the best I’ve ever had, and its consistently the best. Great apps, great food4yko and great drinks. Pablitos has turned into a Friday evening ritual. Sometimes more crowded than others, but never have to wait long for a table. The beers and margaritas are cold, the Pablo dip is hot. Everything we’ve tried has been really good. My favorites are the shrimp quesadillas. Fast, friendly service. Pablo is always there checking on customers and helping out. Plenty of parking.
