Kosher Indian is what keeps “out of town” places relevant. Cincy of course with a $12 all you can eat buffet. Here in Seattle, Pabla is a welcome treat for my layover today.
Menu with 7 dozen options, all the classics. Unfortunately, no buffet, so cost a bit more than $12… was $60 for a 7 dish selection that could easily feed a family of 3 or 4. I didn’t take proper photos because I was enjoying it so much.
No plans to ever come back to Seattle, but if I do, Pabla will forever be my #1 landmark. Cheers

So kind and soooo good! The service was fast, helpful, and happy. The food comes out HOT which is wonderful but means you have to wait a minute to eat. They have a big case of sweets!

Wow!!! What a hidden gem! Went here with a friend for dinner, and learned that they have been in this location since 1994, and doing business another 15 years prior at a different spot.
If you are looking for authentic, delicious, and healthy Indian food, this is the spot! Wonderful service was recieved, as the wait staff made very sure we ordered what we were looking for and were comfortable. Quiet and calm restaurant side of the building makes you totally forget they sell all sorts of frozen prepared meals, and other foods/treats in the right side of the building. They even gave us a free Lassi (sweet yogurt drink) due to us being first timers. Definitely coming back.

Food is always great. Fresh and tasty. I always pick up food rather than eat in. I was grocery shopping in their store and was followed by a woman who may be the owners wife. I understand they may have shoplifting incidences, but can’t they invest in a camera? I felt extremely uncomfortable. They have good grocery options but will avoid shopping there. Pickup my food and leave.

This restaurant was the highlight of my trip to Washington. I even took some food to go for the airplane and it did not disappoint. 10/10 would recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pabla Indian Cuisine in Renton, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious — rich, authentic flavors that truly represent the best of Indian cuisine. Every dish was perfectly prepared, beautifully seasoned, and served fresh and hot.
The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel right at home. The service was excellent and the atmosphere comfortable and inviting — perfect for family dining or bringing guests.
Special compliments to the kitchen team and owners for maintaining such high standards, and to the management for outstanding hospitality. This is definitely one of the best Indian restaurants in the Seattle/Renton area.
Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be returning and bringing friends!
If you love authentic Indian food, Pabla is a must-try!

Great restaurant serving Punjabi vegetarian food. Has maintained consistency in the quality over a long period of time. Food tastes great and I like the fact that I know what I can expect every time I’m there.
This is my top pick for vegetarian Indian food in the region.

Delicious and I mean delicious food! Good location and parking! Clean environment and a a lot of variety! Sweets are stellar! Also a full grocery selection is available and great prices on incense. Only complaint I have is for the staff! Put a smile on your face! Your voice and tone is depressing!

Lunch special ( #3 the vegan option) hit the spot. I asked for spicy and it was just right. The basmati rice was also v.good. the roti was ok. Desert not something I’d buy ( my friend ate most of it).

We went to an Indian restaurant somewhere, but it was crowded so we had to find somewhere else on Sat around 7 pm. And I came here for the first time in Renton shopping mall. I parked my car in front of the store, but it didn’t look very good, but it was completely different when I entered the store. The store people were kind and polite to guide us to the table. The man who served the table was very good service. We asked him for a recommended menu and chose Navratan Korma and Paneer Tikka Masala. Added Nan, too. The taste was very good. We liked it. It was easy to eat and mild spices. We enjoyed our meal and had a lively conversation. We want to try something else next time. And I want to buy spices and so on at the grocery in the store.
