I ordered a cheeseburger with jalapeños and they gave me a bunch of onions on it . The fries are all drenched in oil and look really old they taste weird! , I go frequently but it was my first time going at 9:40pm. They forgot my straw too!

I just experienced one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this location.

I order from this P. Terry’s all the time and rarely have problems. Tonight, I placed a delivery order for my mom through the P. Terry’s website, which uses a third-party service. When the order was marked as “delivered,” my mom opened the door and the food was nowhere to be found.

The website instructs customers to call the restaurant if there are delivery issues, so I did. The manager on site was immediately dismissive and continuously talked over me while I tried to explain that I don’t have access to the third-party delivery information. I even had to ask her to stop talking over me just so I could explain that the website doesn’t provide that information, which is WHY customers are told to call the restaurant. After multiple attempts to be understood, she rushed me off the phone and said she would try to figure out what happened.

About 25 minutes later, my mom found the food delivered to a neighbor’s house. Since I was under the impression that the manager was still trying to figure out what had happened, I called back simply to let her know the issue had been resolved so no one would continue working on it unnecessarily. Before I could explain why I was calling or get a single word out, I was met with attitude and told, “We’re really busy, you need to wait. I said I’d get back to you.

I calmly de-escalated the situation and let her know the food had been found. I also shared how disappointed I was in her customer service and lack of consideration for paying customers.

I rarely write reviews, especially for a location I frequent and have never had issues with before. But this experience was unnecessarily frustrating, and I think it’s important for others to know what they may be met with if they need to raise a concern at this location.

This place seriously hit the spot. The burger was juicy, well-seasoned, and cooked perfectly, and the fries were hot and crispy. Service was quick even during a busy time, and the staff was super friendly. You can tell they care about quality. If you’re looking for a solid fast-food burger, this is it.

Ive heard mixed reviews about this place. My friends like it, but my co-workers are mixed on it. Id say this place is super average, not awful, not great. But what was great was ther service! We had an order for a family of 10 and they got every burger correct, with the right drinks, and correct number of fries! I have to give it to them, we asked for a lot and they nailed it! Def recommend people try this place on that alone!

Quick, $12 for the best fast food burger ever. The fries are wtv honestly, like they’re ok but in n out is better. Maybe if they put some Cajun seasoning on it that would help, or something they make themselves. Open late usually till 1 or 3am, there’s no other logical place to eat late night.

I’m a fan of the simple, unfrilly, and relatively inexpensive offerings of P. Terry’s. I’ve come to this location a handful of times and have always been satisfied by the quality. The fries are delicious and hot. The patties are thin, but good. The shakes are thick. The burgers are quite customizable. All good things. This last time I went, I ordered a lettuce wrap. Ordinarily, I’ll get a single patty, but this time I wanted some more protein. I’m not a fan of American cheese, so I didn’t want the double cheeseburger, so I asked for a double burger. The burger stand employees happily complied.

However, the pricing here is inconsistent, and as a principle, I find this unacceptable. (In the most lighthearted of ways, but also seriously.) The single hamburger costs 2.85. The single cheeseburger costs 3.45. By this reckoning, P. Terry’s is valuing the price of cheese at 60 cents. The double cheeseburger costs 4.85. I asked for a double hamburger and they charged me the 2.85 for the burger plus 2.05 for extra meat. This comes to 4.90. This is obviously not an insane amount to pay for a burger, but that is not my point. My point is that a double hamburger somehow costs 5 cents more than a double cheeseburger, when the cheeseburger comes with more, namely two slices of cheese. Which, according to the difference in price between a single hamburger and a single cheeseburger, should be valued at 1.20. This means that a double burger should be 3.65. Tbh, I don’t care how much you charge for cheese, I just have a problem with inconsistency in pricing, and that a double burger without cheese somehow costs more than a double burger with cheese.
I rest my case.

The manager Gabriel wasn’t helpful at all when I mentioned my order was wrong. Brought the receipt and showed pictures of the issue but continued to look at me funny instead of helping me with a replacement order. Also, this was the second time in a row my order was messed up. Usually I’d let it slide but not after that customer service….

My family loves the food here. I love P Terry’s but the one thing I have to point out is how often they get something wrong in the drive-through. Always check your order because more than half the time something is missing or it was made incorrectly.
