Very bad experience here. Visited around 2:00 on a Sunday to dine in. Entire restaurant was filthy. Floors had food on the floor, dining tables were not clean (cleaned my own), trash was overflowing, drink station was a mess and restrooms looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. When my wife complained to the manager, her only reaction was “thanks for letting us know” . The complete apathy sums it all here. Save your appetite for someplace else, they DON’T CARE HERE!

Great fast food burger joint (get it). Strawberry milkshake was good… a little too good . Burger was fresh and tasty. Fries were impossible not to finish. Love the retro vibes within the restaurant. Wish there was a P Terrys next door to my house.

I came in to try this new place out, the place was clean and the staff was very friendly. So I had gotten the Number 2 combo that comes with cheese. They grill the onions here if you like that on your burger and I did. Also I got the special sauce, it was good. The burger, fries that are homemade were both good. Only wish that the burger could be a little bigger but look out other burger places. This is a great place for burgers and Fries, the milkshakes are great too!

never had this happen with me, my butger came without BUNS. Zach and Ivania took my order and it was clearly purposeful because usually when I get my burges it comes in a wrap not in a box as it has come this time, whoever is in charge of this p. terrys please have your employees have some compassion for people’s food.

The food and service is always top notch. I love dipping my fries in the special sauce. I always enjoy the seasonal flavored teas and wish they would make them a permanent option. This is our go to Burger spot in S.A. Don’t forget to try a cookie!! They are homemade, delicious, and only $1!

I always want to like this spot more because of the vibe and the prices but I just can’t find a reason. This is the second location I’ve tried and they’re just not anything memorable. A solid burger, good prices and a classic vibe, it’s just the burgers aren’t memorable. In baseball terms, they’re a solid double. Bot going to change your life.

Super reasonable prices. Like, shockingly reasonable. Fries, two burgers, and a shake was less than $14 (including tax). The veggie burger is terrific. The fries were better than I expected; pretty good. My wife liked her burger and shake. Thought the burger was good and the caramel shake was very good. The food lacks in appearance, but I don’t personally care about that. The building is old-fashioned and cute. Roomy. Great parking.

Me n my friends have been on a burger kick lately and trying all the local offerings. I have to say P. Terry is right up there with even the most gourmet burgers. Comparisons to in n out are apt, but terry’s has it’s own thing going on plus big red on tap. This location was great. Customer service was top notch. Keep it up.

This place is great and prices are very convenient! My husband and I visited today for the first time. Originally, we were just going to order from the drive-thru but with all the signs we felt driven to go check the place out from the inside as well. Environment was clean and friendly. The restroom could use some extra cleaning (but usually restrooms that have both genders together do haha). We got staff member named Nick and he was definitely good at customer service. He told us about the survey to get free fries and had great platitudes. Burgers tasted good and the amount of fries served was satisfying.
