The staff was very nice and attentive, and helped us decide which steak to try.
Two of us shared the shoulder steak, pork chop, brussel sprouts, and lobster mac. We loved the steak and sprouts—they were perfect. My husband enjoyed the pork chop, but there was some spice on it or something that I didn’t love. The Mac was creamy and decadent, but the lemon and sweetness of the Swiss cheese threw us off. So nothing was wrong with it, it just wasn’t our style.
We’ll definitely be back to try more items!
Garlic Pull Apart Bread – Soft with a slightly crisp exterior and a slight garlic flavor. Good, but if you are expecting a garlic butter bread, this was not be it.
Spaghetti Pomodoro – Rich for how simple it looks. It has a vibrant tomato flavor and was “buttery”. It did not have an acidic taste that some tomato-based sauces have. Delicious and comforting.
The Denver Steak in medium rare – Perfectly cooked and juicy. Horseradish cream was also on point.
Fries – Thin, but overly salted. Although the sauces that came with paired well, we would not get these fries again.
Parking – Valet stand at the front entrance. Valet guy is prompt and accepts card payments.
Service was exceptional and truly made us feel celebrated. I was blown away by their Paloma!! Smooth, citrusy and tasty blend. The steak ufff!!! Aged rib-eye!!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (10 out of 5!)
The bison tataki absolutely blew me away—easily one of my favorite dishes of all time. It was tender, flavorful, and perfectly executed. The wagyu steak tartare was also delicious, with the crispy onion adding a great texture, though it played second fiddle to the tataki for me.
We also ordered the French fries and that garam masala ketchup? I want that on everything in life. So addictive.
The garlic pull-apart bread was not what I hoped for coming in a bit too hard for my liking.
The Denver and shoulder steaks were decent, but didn’t do much for me (I’m a bit spoiled in the steak department). We also tried the lamb chop—our server did warn us it would be fatty, and it really was. Not our thing.
Overall, a fun and flavorful spot, especially for the apps and drinks. Steak lovers who typically go to steakhouses would also love this place.
