let me get this straight. the food is amazing and so is the restaurant! the reason for my 1 star is because of the employees. i’m not talking about the old original employees i’m talking about the new ones. they are rude and disrespectful and don’t let you order specific things. it’s hard to even go there to eat because there is one lady that’s new and she gives me and my family glares and it’s hard to eat when she’s doing that. i cant suggest anything because i don’t know her name and i don’t want you to fire her because just one person wrote a bad review about her and you might think she’s a good worker but please ask your employees to be a little kinder and make them feel more welcome.

This was a really nice treat. My friend’s and my meal were well made and tasty. My friend warned me about the second serving of hot sauce being hot. Yes it was. I recommend this restaurant.

Not what it used to be. Milky cheese dip (seriously needed a straw) and what’s up with the fluffy guacamole? Definitely been blended with something as a filler. Chips were fresh and good and salsa was not bad. Definitely had better food here in the past. Service is good, just can’t say the same for the food 🙁

What a great place! I used to go there regularly and the food is fantastic and the staff is always incredibly friendly. I’m sad I don’t live closer because I really want some of their chips, their pollo soup and a spinach and mushroom quesadilla!!!

I went when it wasn’t very busy a little before dinner. Normally these down times come with a lackluster experience at some places but the quality, comfort and attentiveness was still on point. I normally get ACP as a go-to when I’m trying a new place, but I tried something different this time and I think I’ve been converted from my normal selection now. Try the Pollo Ranchero for sure.
