I mean they gave us a break on the price but we wasn’t looking for that. We were expecting exceptional service, great food, great vibe but it was just not a good experience. I’ve eaten at a lot of Chinese restaurants in my life time and this is hands down the worst I’ve experienced.
Given the fact that we were in Las Vegas, I had expected a better experience. Especially for those prices the experience certainly didn’t match up. I would never return to this location and I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.
Service was excellent — everyone who came to our table was super friendly, and our waitress did an amazing job.
The lettuce wraps were delicious, but we had to return the crab wontons because they tasted too oily and the filling wasn’t great. The Mongolian beef and shrimp had good flavor, but the meat was a bit tough.
Overall, the food quality wasn’t quite what I’m used to from P.F. Chang’s, but the service definitely made the experience worth it. A good spot to relax and enjoy friendly service right on the Strip.
The stir-fried rice noodles had a flavor profile quite different from what I’m used to in traditional Chinese cooking. The seasoning and preparation felt noticeably different from the classic style. The fried rice also did not match what I had anticipated in terms of taste and texture. The other dishes were average overall and did not particularly stand out.
Perhaps this reflects the restaurant’s own interpretation of Chinese cuisine or adjustments made to suit the local market. I respect different culinary styles; it just did not align with my personal expectations. For that reason, I was somewhat surprised by the high ratings on Google, though it may simply be that other guests had different experiences than mine.
I would appreciate it if the restaurant could share more about its culinary approach or recommend dishes that are closer to a more traditional Chinese flavor profile. I remain open to giving it another try in the future and hope for a different experience
