I’m new to PF Chang’s, and I’m so glad my first visit was at the Grapevine location in Dallas! My server, George, was incredibly helpful in choosing dishes that were both delicious and affordable. Even though I was expecting to spend a lot, I really appreciated his suggestions for getting more value for my money. The wait for a table was short, the order was taken quickly, and the food arrived promptly. Plus, the atmosphere is clean, well-maintained, and I’ll definitely return if I’m ever in the area. I highly recommend all the food and drinks in my pictures attached. Also got the egg drop soup but forgot to post it

It’s been a long time since I’ve tried P.F. Chang’s. We came here for a birthday party and ordered the Chef’s Feast for 2 which allows you to pick-and-choose various dishes for a price.
For the Chef’s Feast, we ordered the House Salad, CF Chicken Lettuce Wrap, Beef w/ Broccoli, and Sesame Chicken. We also got a Kid’s Lo Mein and Shrimp Tempura Roll. I like the uniqueness of the lettuce wraps. All of the food tasted good, but don’t expect traditional Chinese dishes. It seems like all of our main entrees come with broccoli as the main vegetable.
Our server was very sweet to us.

Visited PF Chang’s and had a great experience. The ambience was stylish and welcoming, perfect for a relaxed dinner. Food was flavorful and well-presented — we tried the Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Pork Dumplings, Spring Rolls, Steak Ribs, Mixed Noodles, Garlic Noodles, and Brussels Sprouts. Everything was cooked well, with standout flavors in the wraps and ribs. Overall, a satisfying meal with a good mix of classic and bold dishes.

The food here was absolutely fantastic! I ordered the Orange Chicken with Fried Rice, and it was bursting with flavor — crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sweetness and spice. My friend ordered a different dish, and she loved it as well. Every bite was fresh, well-seasoned, and clearly made with care.
Our server, Deja, truly elevated the experience. She was incredibly friendly, warm, and had a calm, easygoing personality that made us feel right at home. She was attentive without being overbearing and checked in just the right amount to make sure we had everything we needed.
The service, food quality, and overall vibe of the restaurant made this one of the most enjoyable meals we’ve had in a while. We celebrate my husband and my daughter’s birthday! The food was great, we enjoyed the dinner menu that includes appetizer and entree for about $17. Deja was great! Not only was she my server, she remade my drink and it was delicious. So great service and food, sturdy to go boxes! Grapevine location!

This PF Chang’s is our go-to spot!! We’ve had Chris twice and he is an amazing person! He is kind, attentive and present. Also.. the seasonal butter cake needs to be on the menu forever!! PF Chang’s has been around for a long time and in the past, it had always had good food.
BUT, lately, it’s gone down hill…. like a roller-coaster, the food quality, and flavor have gone DOWN, while the prices have really gone UP!!
Plus, they hot rid of my favorite chicken noodle soup… the menu is not what it used to be…. the place was fairly empty and the servers seemed like indifferent zombies. We all were not happy with this choice… This was the 1st visit in a long time and probably the last!
PF Chang’s seems to be going the way of the Dodo bird, like TGIFridays, Bennigan’s, and all the rest of the restaurants that didn’t care about their customers and the food they serve!!

Went out for dinner with friends on a Tuesday night. We were the only ones in the restaurant, yet it took about an hour for the food to arrive. Unfortunately, the food was not what I expected—it tasted like it had been reheated rather than freshly made. The place was also very dark inside, which made the atmosphere feel a bit uncomfortable.
On the positive side, the servers were friendly, but the overall attention and service could definitely be improved. Sadly, the experience didn’t meet my expectations.
