Great location, food-always-on-point and excellent service. Anthony was our server and was so awesome! He recommended the best drinks and had such a great attitude throughout.
We had the dynamite chicken, hot and sour soup and the lifelong noodles. We also got crimson tiger LIT and the rising dragon margarita. The food was excellent and the drinks great!

Ordered on Uber Eats. Spent almost 40 dollars on a dinner… would be acceptable, however my meal arrived and it was the smallest portion I have ever seen. Literally half of a plastic container. How could a place actually think this is acceptable to charge almost 40 dollars for a “dinner” and send a portion this size and this presentation (see photo below). I’ve always been a huge fan of Pf Chang’s but this right here has completely turned me away from this place. Disgraceful. Oh, and I ordered a bottle of Coca Cola and the bottle they sent was hot (it’s 38 degrees out so can’t blame the delivery driver). Disgraceful I will never order from here again. Please be aware of the SCAM this place is running!!

Stopped in before leaving the Willowbrook Mall to grab a small bite and a drink. I asked for a discontinued drink which is the Chang’s Coconut Cooler which the bartender Kevin tried his best to recreate. The seasonal dessert menu almost took me out but I wasn’t ready to grab anything sweet. The vibe was nice and the other patrons at the bar seemed happy with the service as well. I’d come back for dinner.

I placed a curb side order for the first time while traveling from work on the bus from NYC to the Willowbrook Mall in Wayne. I ordered two Mongolian beef dinner specials. One with fried rice and soup and the other with white rice and an egg roll. I was charged an extra $3- for the fried rice and gave a $7.00 tip. The total was $50.69. For what I paid and received I am furious. The amount of food is more like the leftover portion from an actual dinner NOT an actual dinner. It’s really outrageous. I will never spend a dime there again.

I had such a great lunch at PF Chang’s in Wayne thanks to my server/bartender Kevin. He was attentive without being overbearing, super friendly, and made sure everything came out just right. I visited PF changs on Valentines day, this was for a belated birthday dinner. I will say the food here at the willowbrook location far exceeds other locations, i was a server myself and i understand the grind they go through. My server was Mario, he was polite and prompt very attentive while maintaing an entire section. The food was definitely well put together and not rushed. Its the little things that count for me, would definitely recommend. And i must add the Manager on 2/14 Tyler held great hospitality and stopped by to make sure we were taken care of. Thank you again Willowbrook locatiron/ Mario & Tyler.
