This was the first time my P.F. Chang’s visit was not a great experience. I ALWAYS enJOY the Memphis,Tennessee, and Houston, Texas locations. At this location, our food was cold, but luckily, it was still tasty because we didn’t have time to send it back after waiting so long to get the food. The server wasn’t very attentive to our table for some reason. I also let her know that I am a rewards member and gave her my number to place on the order ticket so that I could get credit… due to the app having technical difficulties. I asked her twice to make sure she put it in the system, and she told me it was done… but I found out she lied, and no points-credit was received.

It was too chilly to dine inside the establishment long that evening, so we sat at the bar. Starting with drinks, I was treated by my acquaintance and we ultimately carried out our meals, plus dessert. Service was friendly and attentive.

Thanks to the excellent staff. They were able to accommodate such a LARGE party at a minutes notice with only a 2 minute wait time. It was my family and I first visit to celebrate my girls 13th birthday. Waiter Cody was excellent excellent. Thank you Cody and staff for such terrific service. The food and vibe will have us visiting again. The whole group enjoyed. Loved loved.

For the first time in the restaurant, the experience was not good, at least for me. My dish (Shrimp with Lobster Sauce) was too salty and my drink (mojito) had too much alcohol. Which means I couldn’t drink or eat very well. The calamari appetizer was tasty, but in the end, it was also salty.

We ordered takeout and it was not very good. One of the dishes was orange beef and I’m unsure of what we received. we also upgraded to fried rice and it was basically colored white rice with no flavor. The other dish was decent but still not the quality you expect from PF Chang’s. Very disappointed in our takeout experience.

We have visited this location several times in the past year. We drive 45 minutes to an hour to get here. The service is always amazing! But, as of late the portion sizes have decreased. While I understand that this may be a result of the current economy, standards and consistency should never be changed due to temporary circumstances and especially if they will affect customers. We can choose to dine here or not. While the size of food has decreased, the prices are still the same. Dinner portions look like lunch portions. I compared the two in 1 week and I received the same portion size for dinner as I did for lunch. Our egg drop soup was simply cold! I am the customer who gives chances to get it right, but when it comes to me spending discretionary income at a chain that others boasts to be the best in the business, I expect consistency and quality. The first 2 photos are from 1/15/23. I had just received my dinner plate. The second picture is the same menu item from 4 years ago. While the honey chicken is our favorite menu item, we will explore other venues because of consistency. The service is unmatched!

I had the short rib fried rice at a location in Florida recently. It was divine. Ordered it from the Metairie location in Louisiana after a very long day and it couldn’t even be considered the same dish. Advertised with spicy mayo, absolutely NONE to be found whatsoever. Utterly flavorless mushy rice and over cooked meat. So incredibly disappointed and for $23??? Unacceptable. The lack of consistency between the same restaurant at two different locations is concerning. Will not be ordering from this location going forward.

It’s my 1st time here last night! I love the atmosphere it’s just that the Mongolian beef didn’t taste as expected said by my friend, the salt and pepper shrimp was fine but yes maybe because they were stored in fridge so yeah that could be expected. I love the chicken with veggies fried rice as well as the fire-braised short ribs with pineapple fried rice those are a must try!

Place was a little loud, but it was a Saturday. However I have to come on here and RAVE about my waitress. Her name was Hannah, and my boyfriend and I watched in amazement at how she perfectly waited on upwards of 5 tables at one time. Everyone got boxed up, everyone had food out in a timely manner, and she did so without even writing anything down! I was thinking she’d be too busy to talk to us, but she took aside a moment during the chaos to tell us that she had just come from the Baton Rouge one. I feel sorry for them to have lost her. She was working her butt off and still remained positive and delivered service with a smile! You don’t get that much anymore. If you go, got for Hannah!
