Food is great so is the ambiance. The asian food has indeed very nice flavors with few nice vegan and vegetarian selections. The ingredients are fresh and nicely cooked. Meat dishes looked also good and those eating them looked satisfied with their food selection.
They are also considerate of cross-cooking with meat dishes so thier vegan or vegetarian labeled menu items are truly vegetarian ones.

This location is hit or miss. We were able to get seated right away for lunch but being put in a booth rather than one of the many tables when we had a car seat with us was annoying. The hostess seemed annoyed we were even there.
The lobster wontons were not great, the egg rolls were mushy inside as if filled with a paste. Not impressive. Seems things have changed over the years and honestly will probably not return.
The wontons were okay, a bit salty but not bad. The kids enjoyed their chicken and rice though.

Had lunch just before 3 on a Friday afternoon. It was almost empty which worked against us because our waiter didn’t have any other tables so it was hard to get his attention.
Food was good and as we expected. We’ve eaten at several of these and have our favorites- lettuce wraps, hot and sour soup and Mongolian beef for me. My wife tried miso salmon and liked it, though she thought it was bland. My beef was slightly over cooked but still good.

This was the worst experience ever. Long story short, hostess was lacking any personality. They could not have a worse person greeting people. Our group size was 2. Told me it would be 30-45min wait since I didn’t have a reservation. Restaurant was maybe 30% full. I went online and made a reservation and got seated in about 10 min. We got our drink order in about 2 min and placed an appetizer order. About 5 min later placed full food order. Waitress kept telling us that our food was coming but 1hr and 15min into this experience we still only had 2 glasses of water. Got up and walked out the door. I have never given a bad review of a restaurant but this was so bad I needed negative stars! We have been to other PF Chang’s locations and never had a problem but this location in Chesterfield MO has issues.

The food has always been good except for New Year’s Day. It took forever to get our meal about an hour and a half. The waitress was great but watch out for the hostesses attitude. Twice we have been there and she is anything but friendly. She is very rude with how she greets customers and even with reservations she is very short with patrons. We may have to find another location for our dining experience.
It is sad that one person can set such a poor tone for our meal.

Our experience was great starting with 45 min in advance online reservation. I’m glad we did, as restaurant got busy after 5 pm on Saturday.
Plenty of parking on the lot. Waiting area inside and PF Chang dining room. Full bar and renewed menu.
Their staple – ribs for appetizer were delicious. Kids enjoyed shrimp and chicken from kids menu. Peach boba drink was refreshing.
Ice cream for kids and amazing desert options.
Joseph was very knowledgeable and helpful, while serving multiple tables at the same time.

We chose PF Changs for my wife’s birthday. As always the food was amazing & our server Faith treated us like family. Best service we had (at any restaurant) in a long time. Definitely coming back. (Hopefully when Faith is working)
