We had such a great experience at P.F. Chang’s! The food was amazing — everything we ordered was delicious. The atmosphere was calm and really nice, perfect for enjoying a relaxed meal.
Timothy was our server and he was so friendly and attentive. He made sure we were well taken care of the whole time. We truly appreciated his kindness!

Horrible horrible experience. We were sesting in the back corner with 2 large reservation parties ( super awkward) then it took 11 minutes for someone to even say hello and even more time to get drinks. We got the spare ribs as an appetizer and the outside was warm with an internal temp of double digits (still frozen) disgusting. I said something to the blinde female manager on duty and got an “oh no so sorry” I ordered sushi for my daughter (grown child) and received a kid’s sushi order which did nothing for her. Our meals were below par as well. Pepper steak was too hard to chew with a significant decrease in meat quality compared to previous time we went there. Valentine menu is still being used in March??? Why? It was limited and did not have the items we were looking for originally. No refills on drinks and having to get up so other parties could take their photos without us being in it was so inconvenient. Very disappointing waste of over 200 dollars and a ruined birthday dinner. Photo are what we left of our cold food. Server also brought out our meals first then our kids meal 17 freaking minutes later. I cant stress enough how awful this was.

Food, we ordered rice based foods and it was really great. All our friends enjoyed food, service and ambience.
Staffs seemed welcoming and nice. Order placing and serving food was quick.

Food was delicious! Mongolian beef was a little chewy, but tasty. Egg rolls and sauce were amazing! Thai peanut-dressed salad was so good. Service was friendly and appropriate. Atmosphere was nice and quiet!

We went to P.F. Chang’s and everything was awesome. The lo mein was loaded with flavor — noodles cooked perfectly with just the right amount of sauce. The teriyaki chicken was tender, sweet, and super tasty without being heavy. I got the Golden Buddha Mai Tai, and it was the perfect mix of smooth and fruity — definitely something I’d order again. The food came out hot, the service was friendly, and the whole place had a relaxed but classy vibe. Honestly, everything hit the mark. Great food, good drinks, and a place I’d 100% go back to.

Kelly greeted us after our entrance through the revolving door & our wonderful experience started there! Tim & his trainee, Will were very hospitable! The restaurant had a very clean environment & extremely friendly staff. No complaints on the food either, it was delicious! Clean plates all the way around! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful dinner tonight. The atmosphere made for a nice evening. Our food tasty and delicious. Both gentlemen made sure they were cooked as I requested. My Lo Mein Combo cooked to perfection! Our wait staff was the best. Tim was our waiter and he was training Derek. The friendliness….professionalism and knowledge was excellent. They served us from the drinks to the check. Checking on us throughout the meal to ensure everything was perfect and it was. It was nice to see Tim training Derek and Derek doing an amazing job taking care of us. Thank you to both of these waiters! Well Done!

Tim was the best server i’ve ever had. He was extremely attentive and very nice. He came and checked on on several times and always had such a great energy. I will definitely be coming back because of how great the service is. Also the cranberry festive cocktail is 10/10!
