What truly stood out was Manager Z’s leadership. You can tell when a restaurant is well run, and this location reflects strong operational oversight. Manager Z was visible, engaged, and proactive in ensuring guests were satisfied. That level of hands-on leadership directly impacts service quality, and it showed.
Customer service today is rare but here, it was consistent, respectful, and elevated. Manager Z clearly understands hospitality, accountability, and team culture.
Outstanding experience. We’ll definitely be back.
Mongolian Beef w/Broccoli – Was similar to above
Crab Wontons – Were exactly the same as they have been for over a decade. Good
Fried Rice – It was actually good.
Hot/Sour Soup – Disgusting
Strawberry/Cucumber Lemonade – Disgusting
Cherry Blossom Martini – ok
I recently placed a delivery order that included Mongolian beef, and the beef was extremely hard and difficult to eat. Even more concerning, my husband—who has a seafood allergy—found a shrimp mixed into his food. This is a serious issue and could have caused a dangerous reaction.
When I tried to call the restaurant to address the problem, I was hung up on three separate times before someone finally answered on my fourth attempt. When I asked to speak with a manager, the person on the phone responded with “what for?” in a very dismissive tone. I was then placed on hold for about 20 minutes before eventually hanging up because it was clear no one was coming back to the phone.
Between the incorrect food, the potential allergy risk, and the extremely poor customer service, this experience was unacceptable. Sadly, this will be the last time I give this location my business.
During our visit to P.F. Chang’s, there were numerous ants actively crawling across the bar surface where guests were eating and drinking. We brought this to the attention of the manager on duty, Jacob. His response was simply, “I’ll have the bartender wipe them up.” While the bartender wiped the bar, the ants quickly returned because the underlying problem was never addressed.
When I suggested that the bar area should be temporarily closed and properly inspected for pest control, the manager stated that it would be difficult to close the bar area. In other words, the decision seemed to be to continue seating guests in an area with a visible pest problem rather than addressing the root issue.
After sitting there and watching the ants return, I spoke with the manager a second time to explain how concerning this was from both a sanitation and guest experience standpoint. Unfortunately, the response remained very nonchalant.
From a food perspective, the Mongolian Beef was crispy and flavorful, which we enjoyed. However, the Crispy Honey Chicken was not crispy at all and came out soft, which was disappointing.
The biggest concern here is not just the presence of ants, but the lack of urgency from management to resolve a clear sanitation issue. I hope this location takes pest control and guest concerns more seriously moving forward.
Jake the bartender made a good mai tai and Long Island iced tea.
Typical response: please reach out…. I sent a message online the same day that we dined there and I have not received a response.
The food was extremely underwhelming. The dishes lacked flavor and tasted bland, almost like they had been sitting out for a while. Nothing we ordered felt fresh or worth recommending. For a restaurant with this reputation, I expected much better quality and consistency.
Overall, the experience did not live up to my expectations or past experiences especially considering the price. I am a regular, I patronize this location several times per month. When the food is great it is well worth the price. On a positive note the bartender/waiter was very attentive and accommodating and the banana spring roll dessert was excellent. Hope to have a better experience on our next visit.
