P.F. Chang’s felt noticeably different from earlier visits, and that shift shaped this three‑star experience. The Dynamite Shrimp was very good—crispy, flavorful, and easily the highlight of the meal. But the rest of the dishes didn’t match that quality. Several items were missing flavor, and the fried rice in particular was bland and dry, which made the meal feel flat and repetitive.
The service was okay, nothing especially attentive, and the meal was served late, adding to the overall disappointment. On top of that, the food simply didn’t have the same taste as before, which made the inconsistency even more noticeable.
There’s still potential here, but the kitchen and service both need more consistency to bring the experience back to what it once was.

Valentine’s day Dinner for 2. they forgot to server the 1st chefs choice and sent edemame after we started with the main 4 course.. ordered a drink that did not look as pictured. Service was super slow. will not go back to this location. Bathroom need some cleaning and update or at least painting.. make it look nice for the price to eat there.

I took my bunch of girls to dine out here. We had some free appetizer coupons. Our server, I wish I remembered her name, but she was verykind and helped us in utilizing all of our coupons. The food was delicious and so were the drinks.

Food was fast and nicely presented but every dish was surprisingly sweet. Gluten free options are listed on the menu and GF soy sauce is available. Server was wonderful and very attentive. The feast menu is a great value.

Our family dinner and Birthday celebration was fantastic! From the moment that we walked through the door we were greeted into a friendly atmosphere. We were immediately seated, and our waitress Erin went out of her way to make sure we were well taken care of from start to finish. Our food selection: Changs Ribs, Lo Mein, Dynamite Shirmp, Mongolian Beef, Honey Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken was fresh, hot and delicious. And to top it off our chocolate cake, NY cheesecake was phenomenal!!! Thank you so much ❤

Visited this evening with a friend dinner time at bar. It was empty but nice place. Nice car area and high top tables. Sat at bar ordered some drinks and appetizers. I has Lychee martini and espresso martini. The best espresso martini I had so far, smooth and perfect flavor. The presentation was perfect, better price and flavor than bars in city. I dont recall bartenders name, but if she’s day during the day. I will return for the espresso martini.

I always enjoy P.F. Chang’s whenever I go. The meal is always phenomenal, the aesthetics of the atmosphere – unbeatable. Perfect for an evening bite after work or with a group of loved ones. But tonight in particular I was severed by one of the best servers in a while, Megan Benson at the Plymouth Meeting Mall location. I stopped in for dinner on the way home after work and she had been the only single server on the floor, working both the bar and weighting tables. As it became later in the evening more people began to be seated, but even still she was very attentive to me during my meal. You should have seen how she was running from bar to table, back to bar to serve drinks, then to kitchen to grab plates, all without breaking a sweat. A very polite, ambitious, and hard working woman. Please show her some love any way possible because she highly deserves it. 5-stars hands down

Came to PF Chang’s for dinner and had an amazing experience thanks to our server, Kirian. She was friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. She made great recommendations and checked in on us at the perfect times without being overbearing.
Even though it was busy, she stayed calm and professional and made sure everything came out right. Our drinks were always refilled and the table stayed clean.
Great service really makes a difference, and Kirian definitely made our night better. I’ll definitely be back!

2nd time in a few years. We were in the area.
Service was good enough. The old fashion was nice, seemed weak. The shrimp dumplings were al dented and cold. The spicy sauce livened it up.
The beef teriyaki was ok but only warm. The noodle side same just warm not hot and chewy.
We’ll be back just not tomorrow.

Our server Magnolia was excellent. My son & myself have sesame allergies, so she was conscious and made sure our meals were properly prepared. She constantly check on us. Excellent server!!!
