My husband and I went for the Superbowl special event and at first I was taken back by the waitress we had. I went and spoke to the female manager and without me even asking she swapped staff. Now let me tell you about Mia. The best wait staff we have ever had at any DnB. Attentive, courteous and very well mannered. Thanks to her and that manager who sadly I didn’t get the name; we had a great experience.
Now for the food we had the BBQ and buffalo wings with fries and the funnel fries. We left stuffed and happy Seahawks won the Superbowl.

It used to be a great place. I used to get my drinks and play all the games they had. Now, it’s just young adults working, who don’t care about customers. Ignoring you when you ask a question.
I had requested a drink and a meal. The female bartender made a drink for other customers who just came in. I was shocked, that she didn’t make my drink. When I had ordered first and was waiting for my drink. That’s very unprofessional and discourteous.

We hosted our Travel Baseball Team building event in the Great Room. The space featured billiards, numerous TVs displaying all the sports games, ESPN, news, and more. Dinner was served buffet-style with unlimited beverages and a wide variety of options to choose from. The fruit platter, especially the strawberries and watermelon, was a huge hit! Everyone had a wonderful evening, and the kids didn’t want to leave. I highly recommend Dave & Buster’s for any child’s party, baseball celebration, or pretty much any event.

We took my son for his birthday with family. Being everyone was prepping for snow the place was kind of empty. Still a crowd but not what you would expect for a Saturday night. We got there and needed a table for 6. They may have been short on wait staff because the host seemed a little confused about where to put us even though there were so many tables open. But I’m guessing a supervisor walked up to them and told them where to put us. No biggie!
Our waitress was really nice started taking our orders on starters and even asked if we wanted any kids meals first which was great. Our food came out pretty quick everything was correct and looked fresh. She came back a few times asked if we were good and checked on any refills we needed. Also some of the meal we got came with game cards. She came with those at one point charged up and ready to go. We got done, paid for our meals and got to the game section.
Decent selection of games nothing too crazy the kids had a great time. Won some prizes and we headed out to brace for the storm that was coming. This was actually our second time there and def would return again.

The kids had a blast. If you bring a ton of kids…..be prepared to spend coin money. Pool tables, tons of bar space and tables for eating. Worth the trip

OK, so we all know this is the place to go if you want to have a great time and you’re between the ages of 1-100!! That is not why I’m writing this review! This review is solely being written to the gentleman/game tech who assisted me yesterday!! I wish I had a clear enough head to remember your name!! I was there with my wife and four kids and had a game credit issue. you could not be more helpful! More kind!! Your disposition was happiness to be their!! Even when you had to stand there and wait for a game to free up It was no problem, When for context, obviously the place was slammed and I’m sure he had 1 million other things to do!! He ended up giving us credits on an air hockey table and I had to call him back bc 1 credit didn’t take, Again, all smiles, telling me no problem!! Could not have made me/us feel more comfortable!! I genuinely appreciate your help !! In fact, The experience was so pleasant I wanted to publicly thank you!! It is people like you , That are the reason why, My wife and children say “let’s go to pali Dave and Busters”

Genuinely Surprised!!
There’s some new games and I did have an issue with the UFC game but a game tech was nearby and addressed it immediately.
Food alone was great. Again, really surprised. I was expecting the worst. But wow, food was fresh and our server was friendly. Everything is clean.

It was just like i remembered it 15 years ago just a little downsized I guess since covid, however the food and hospitality as always was and is amazing! They even played the Knicks game on almost all the monitors. Unfortunately the kicks that Game 3 but the energy in D&B felt like we were right outside the Garden!
