I was there for a work event. our server Kevin was amazing and very attentive. We had a private room for business and then enjoyed the remainder of our day!!! This is a great time for both kids and adults. There is also a bar in the center of room for drinks.

I’ve gone to Dave and Buster numerous times. This location is very different in a good way. Everything was better. The food tasted better. The space was in abundance. Easy to move around the tables, the game floor was wide. Facilities clean through and through. No odor or wet/sticky floor in the bathroom. I am very pleased with this location because what I have already experienced at Dave & Buster I was getting ready to put them on the Chuck E cheese list to be a do not go location. But now that this location has wowed me I will definitely go again.

Really liked this Dave & Busters. It wasn’t too crowded for a Saturday night and it is kept nice and clean. There are staff members going around cleaning the machines. There doesn’t seem to be missing stuff to the games. Like ex: the basketball game had enough basketballs and I’m not standing there waiting for the balls to come back down. Had a great time!

My recent visit to Dave and Buster’s at Palisades Mall in NY was an absolute blast! From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of amazing. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a vibrant and energetic atmosphere that immediately set the tone for a fun-filled evening.

If you want to avoid the crowds that typically arrive after 2p, go early. We arrived about an hour after opening and the kids got to play their hearts out. Most of the activities were opened (for immediate play), with a few waits. The energy was nice from the other patrons (my kids were even given extra tips by a departing couple).

Had a good experience. Look at my nacho meal!!! Holy cow! I did not eat anything the rest of the day! It’s very spacious, so don’t have to be close to others when playing games. Pretty clean. Would recommend. A little costly though, for food and games.

We came here as a family to celebrate my Brother in laws birthday. I can honestly tell you that the service was less than mediocre. We were a party of 8 and we were hardly checked up upon. The dining room wasn’t even full. We had a waitress come over who wasn’t even dealing with us and stated that we asked for the check. We never did, later on the original waitress Jada without even asking if we needed to order dessert was ready to give us the check as well. We were rushed, I am still trying to figure out why. We only ordered 1 piece of dessert and we told the waitress multiple times that we needed a candle and it wasn’t brought out. We mentioned this to Jada and she responded with of course they didn’t. No apologies. By far a very bad experience. We spoke to a manager Griffin, but I can honestly tell you he seemed like he didn’t care. He hardly listened, and after explaining our concerns asked what could have been done differently. Weren’t you listening? Most places will go out of their way for someone’s birthday. It is a very special occasion, I guess Dave & Buster’s doesn’t care. Most places will also comp you a slice of cake. I guess this will be the last time we try celebrating here. I know nothing will happen with this complaint but think twice before you decide to celebrate at D&B.
