and simply the best server. We didn’t even tell her it was someone’s birthday, but she was so observant that she realized anyway, and brought over a sparkly candle and cheesecake- she’s really good at her job! Thank you, Bridgette!
Whiskey sour was OK – tasted fine. Unique glass with lid. Service was great.
Thank you for your service I’ll be coming back for Wednesday wind it back for wine ladies night.
FOE. -family over everything! God bless.
I want to start off by saying I don’t expect much from a chain resturaunt but to be charged $100+ for bottom of the bin food I can’t help but feel sick.
We started with the crab wontons and the bao buns. The crab filling tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for an hour dry, stale, and completely lacking freshness. The bao buns were just okay, but had hard, dried out spots that made them seem reheated as well. We were starving and tried to brush it off, thinking maybe it was just an off start.
Then the entrees came out and it honestly went downhill from there. The Kung Pao beef didn’t taste like beef at all it had a strange, almost floury/ baking soda texture and zero flavor. We couldn’t touch it. The lo mein looked nothing like lo mein. instead of long noodles, it was dry, chopped-up pieces that resembled broken spaghetti, like we were served the bottom of a pan. Oh and did I mention no sauce. The Firecracker shrimp was the only dish we could somewhat eat, but even that was room temperature. Nothing that we were served was hot. Nothing tasted freshly prepared. Even the rice was clumpy and stuck together.
We weren’t expecting anything over the top just a solid, fresh meal. Instead, we spent $90 on food we barely touched. My husband and I were so frustrated we drove home in silence. It was incredibly disappointing, especially for a restaurant with this reputation. I hope we receive a refund from the establishment because we are sick that we spent that much money on microwaved/bottom of the bin food.
The bartender was absolutely incredible and being in the service industry myself it’s a shame that she has to put up with what the kitchen is doing. You are effecting her livelihood and need to do better for your staff.
Even the manager came out to say hello to see how my meal was. His name was Michael Washington. He was very pleasant, professional and personable. He even recommended that I try the new dessert, which was the warm vanilla poundcake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream which was a 10/10! I cannot stop thinking about this dessert. I must admit that I was very impressed with the professionalism and the courteous service that I received at P.F. Chang’s that day, I for sure will be back again to dine at this location.
