This spot is so good I’ve gone twice this month and already have a other reservation booked. Definitely my favorite restaurant in NEPA right now – and top 3 meal of 2025.
From the creative cocktails to the downright delicious food, Dyberry Forks needs to be your next date night spot. The staff is amazing and the quality of their products is insane. I highly recommend the lavender duck confit and the chestnut mushroom ice cream!

We sat outside at Dyberry Forks and had a fantastic meal. The vibe was cozy and welcoming, and the service was top-notch. We ordered the BLT, eggs Benedict, and some prosecco—everything was made from scratch with fresh, local ingredients and tasted amazing. We also had one of the best desserts we’ve ever tried. A perfect spot for a laid-back, delicious brunch.

Beautiful, chill environment with great seasonal menu. Roasted root and Brussels and bacon small plates were SO good! Will return to try the handmade cocktails.

We had the pleasure of eating at Dyberry Forks in Honesdale, PA. The food was absolutely outstanding! The restaurant is very charming with a welcoming atmosphere. All the staff are very friendly, and they work together as a team to get things done efficiently for the good of the business as well as the customer. The food is fresh and flavorful. Most of the desserts are gluten free. It was a wonderful dining experience, and definitely worth the trip out for a delicious meal!! #dyberryforks #honesdalepa

Just finished an excellent meal with my husband! The restaurant is beautifully decorated. It’s cozy but does not feel cramped. We had a 5:30 reservation on a Saturday and were pleased to see that it was lively but not too busy throughout our meal.

Our waitress was very nice and enthusiastic about the food and ownership of the restaurant. It really added to the experience!

The true star of the evening though was the food! It felt like every bite was well planned and flavors complimented each other perfectly in just about every dish.

We started with a couple of cocktails. An espresso martini for my husband and a lavender Tom Collins for me, at the server’s recommendation. My drink was nice and light and reminded me of a summer lemonade.

We ordered the corn and scallion pancakes (10/10 delicious!) and the coconut shrimp (9/10 – would be a 10 if they skipped the spicy tartar sauce and gave double pineapple sauce). It was a delightful start – I seriously could have eaten another order of the savory pancakes myself as a meal.

We moved on to a chopped salad (his rating 8/10, mine a 5/10 – It seemed a bit chaotic to me) and a generous portion of their soup of the day – creamy mushroom (10/10). The mushroom soup was fantastic. I was sad to see the bottom of the bowl.

For our entrees, we both ordered smoked brisket dishes. He went classic with brisket over mashed potatoes (8/10) and I ordered the brisket sandwich with fries (10/10). The brisket sandwich was a well constructed bite with a pickled onion and cucumber to add some fresh crunch and brightness to balance the smoked meat. It gave me Banh Mi vibes. Awesome!

For dessert we ordered the Madeleines with chocolate sauce. The madeleines were the perfect texture and tasted so very rich and buttery. I personally didn’t even think the chocolate sauce was needed – a perfect little bite to end the meal!

A friend and I enjoyed a wonderful meal tonight. We both ordered the Seared tenderloin over sweet potatoes and braised greens topped with bourbon maple apple chutney.

Simply amazing food, atmosphere and service! We both were thrilled with the entire experience. A peaceful atmosphere which was very welcoming.

The decor was well done and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a good experience at Dyberry Forks and would be willing to try them again in the future.

Parts of our meal were very well executed and delicious, such as the smoked White Fish puff pastry and the pickled onion and capers that accompanied the salmon. The salmon was well seasoned and properly cooked. The brisket was tender.

We did, however, feel that some flavor combinations were a bit confusing, such as the sweet cabbage and the heavy use of oregano in the brisket.

We also, strangely, got a call half an hour after we were seated advising that they couldn’t hold our table any longer. They were, seemingly, under the impression that we hadn’t shown.

We would try them again though.

We had the most lovely time at this beautiful and relaxed environment. Our cocktails were outstanding with fall spices and special touches. We ordered the bacon lettuce and tomato sandwich with a special homemade aioli sauce. The bacon was a thick cut cooked to perfection. Highly recommend. And if you are lucky enough to get Alex to mix your drink and serve you…..home run!

This local hotspot is located on the main drag, just a stone’s throw from multiple tourist destinations. The local atmosphere was nice, our table clean, and the service prompt. The restaurant was about half full – we showed up without reservations, which was a worry for the first 3-5 minutes but after a brief conference, they placed us near the bar. I went with the fried scallops served with fries – it was good – scallops were cooked to order. They were full of flavor and the breading was quite nice. The winner at dinner, however, was the wife, choosing beef brisket served over mash potatoes covered in gravy. I did scoff at this selection since it seemed this place was known for its vegan selection but i was wrong. so wrong. so so wrong. My wife let me have a taste and that brisket just melted in your mouth – combined with the homemade mash potatoes and that incredible gravy – it was definitely a home run. There was no further offers to share. I thought It was fine because my diminutive wife never finishes those meals – but she sure did this time. Nice spot – good food .
