Our server was nice and provided good insight on menu items. The first food item ordered was a shrimp tempura roll. The roll that we received didn’t look like any shrimp tempura roll that we’ve ever seen. I flagged down the server and asked if this was indeed a shrimp roll. That’s when he said that he had the same question and spoke with the kitchen staff before bringing it to the table. They let us keep the roll and said that another roll would be brought to the table. The server asked the manager to speak with us about the possible mixup. The manager was kind and apologized and said that the replacement roll would be brought to our table. Fifteen minutes later the manager came back to the table to apologize because our replacement roll had been given to another table.

I love coming to this location! The food is always good and the employees are always in great spirits. Our server Lexi did a great job. Very friendly and made sure our order came out fast and accurate. The atmosphere is great here and I love seeing families having a good time and being able to enjoy themselves. The manager stopped by at every table as well and was one of the friendliest people to interact with. This place did not disappoint!

We had a great experience at this location last night! Came into the bar kind of late but still received great service, the cocktails were perfectly made, and Nate our bartender was helpful and friendly. Clearly this restaurant is being run well and we will definitely be back, as it’s 50/50 at best you have a decent experience going out anywhere anymore.

Chang’s ‘Spicy’ chicken is new form of Sweetest dish we ever had. Spoken to the waiter and asked why the dish is sweet, he said it’s supposed to be spicy. Then the manager came and said, this dish is supposed to be sweeter. Complete confusion between their own staff. How can Spicy be served Sweet and mention it as Spicy in the menu, misleading and not convincing.

I always have a wonderful experience here! The service is great and the management seems to really care. My server Lexi recommended getting a side of Lo mein with my usual Mongolian Beef, and it changed everything! I will be back often as this is my new favorite meal.
