Our return visit to PF Chang’s in Huntington was, once again, nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and energetic, setting the tone for another memorable evening.
The new menu items our server recommended were absolutely spot on — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. It’s always great when the staff truly knows the menu and can guide you toward dishes you might not have chosen on your own.
A special shoutout to Nathalie, our bartender, who truly elevated the experience. The specialty cocktails in honor of the Year of the Horse were outstanding — beautifully balanced and crafted with care. She paired our appetizers with drinks that didn’t just complement the food, but enhanced the flavors in a way that made each bite even better. It was the perfect introduction to the night’s meal.
PF Chang’s Huntington continues to deliver not just dinner, but a complete dining experience. We’ll absolutely be back again!
P.F. Chang’s delivered an outstanding experience, made even better by Damian, who served as both our bartender and server. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive without being overbearing, incredibly knowledgeable, and made us feel genuinely welcomed.
His cocktails were perfectly balanced and crafted with care—honestly some of the best we’ve had. Since it was Wednesday, Damian suggested we try a wine pairing, and it was an excellent call. The pairing complemented our meal perfectly and showed how well he understands both the menu and the drink program.
Every item he recommended was a hit. Exceptional service like this is rare—Damian is a true asset to PF Chang’s, and we’ll absolutely be back because of him!

What really made the night stand out was the exceptional service from Damian and Jazzy. I recently had such a great experience at P.F. Chang’s and I seriously can’t recommend it enough especially if you get Rudy as your server! From the moment we sat down, Rudy made us feel so welcome. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed like he cared about making sure we had a good time. He gave awesome recommendations.
The food was amazing as always fresh, flavorful, and nicely plated. Rudy had such a positive attitude the entire time.

The service and atmosphere was excellent! The staff was very courteous. Dylan and Taina were outstanding!! Very attentive and polite.
The temperature of the food was not as hot as I expected it to be coming straight from the kitchen, but overall it was really good – nice and spicy!

PF Changs at the Walt Whitman Mall on Long Island has been excellent every time. Yesterday was our third meal there. Dylan was our server and did an outstanding job. Dylan was very attentive making sure our sodas were refilled and quickly bringing an extra napkin when requested. He knew the menu well as well as the details and policies associated with the promotional coupon we presented. He was cheerful as well as very professional. We live in Michigan and dine at the PF Changs at Knapps Corner in Grand Rapids frequently and find the same great atmosphere, food and service. We have never been disappointed.

The staff including management were amazingly attentive. The waitress was very responsive and genuinely did make us feel comfortable. The manager stopped by and asked us (I was with my girlfriend) if we needed anything. The food was delicious. This is my first time ever writing a review for anyone/anything. We will definitely go back.
