Great option to take a break from the mall. This PFChangs is in Natick mall so its a great break from shopping, with light combo options for lunch. They have excellent food and mocktails – I had a strawberry cucumber lemonade that was amazing. I also had the soup and salad combo with panfried dumplings as an appetizer. All amazing and the server was friendly and attentive.

The food saved the day! My two kids (10 and 7), wife and me went there for a lunch after an afternoon of shopping. The server forgot our napkins, water and forks etc and we had to ask for everything.
Thankfully the food was upto the mark. I go to PF Chang’s all the time. I love their food. The service typically is good however the s service in Natick can be a hit or a miss.
You will not be regret the good though. My kids loved the food, specially the chicken. The fish was great!
It’s a great spot to get some quite in before / after gaming with the kids and/or shopping.

We visited recently with hopes of enjoying the same consistent flavors and quality we remembered. Unfortunately, our experience was underwhelming. It’s hard to say if we simply made poor menu choices or if the food quality overall has slipped, but the dishes we tried were poorly executed, and far from what we expected.
The one bright spot of the visit was our server — attentive, professional, and genuinely kind.

I’m just really disappointed, I love this restaurant, the staff is nice, but I called for pick up 2.5 hours ago and they said 30 mins. And when we arrived in 30 mins they after 20 mins aid only 10 mins. This is insane, I worked at this restaurant years ago and this is insane the way they are managing these people and coverage. They leave a hostess to deal with all of these people waiting for hours, no one to help her, another guy asks for a refund is told they’ll get a manager and wait another 30 mins for a REFUND after over an hour of waiting. The manager never showed up, this is completely out of line it’s actually sad because live this place and food, more expensive over years some quantities smaller which is lame but great food and good staff. Bad management, they’ve already lost I’ve seen 5 separate orders from too much wait time and being ignored, I have a dog at home this is wild, no discount, the hostess she was anxious and understandably stressed out and over worked, she offered a soda to everyone, but even leaving your employee to fend for the spaces in the front line like that with misinformation is wild again. Management way to let down your team and your clients. Don’t tell someone 30 mins and make them wait another extra 2 hours. I think I’ll choose the Boston location next time because of how this is run and the lack of compensating or accommodating in anyway the clients lied to and just letting them go by refund or finally getting the food. I think at this point it’s faster it get a seat and pay than get a pick up OF SUSHI, they aren’t prioritizing efficiently filling these orders and getting people out. Or even letting people get theirs money to leave after their time is wasted. I even went and got mochi donuts during this wait lol this is honestly so funny to watch the most eager people watch the light and patience leave their eyes literally the smiling people are no longer smiling lol

I had a server tonight I believe her name was Lily she was absolutely phenomenal. She was extremely kind and I love her sense of humor. I would definitely love to come back. The food was really good and the atmosphere was just perfect. But will definitely ask for Lily again she’s exactly what a server should be.

Picked up their lunch deal today and the food was so less that we ended up having to buy more from another place. We were supposed to have half brown and white rice, didn’t get that. And the quantity of the entire was so less. The sauce tasted bad. We were so disappointed that we spent our money on this crap! There were no forks in our bag too so I had to go back for that too. If I had seen the quantity of food back then, I would have shown it to the servers.

Lily was our server she was absolutely the best waitress I have ever had at any restaurant. Super kind, attentive and she made suggestions which we got one of them and did not regret. She was conversational and such a sweet person, she deserves the best tips only. We had to wait a really long time which had been a problem at this location and their transparency she changed my entire experience. Thank you lily!
