The food was tasty exactly how I wanted it. Drinks were served in real glass; I ordered orange juice. The service was good, everything was clear and smooth, no issues at all.
We came in and were seated in very comfortable, cozy seats. Everything went just right. Came in, sat comfortably, ate well, and left satisfied.
5 stars for a chain restaurant Outback.
We got the Loaded Baked Potato Soup for the starter, the Outback Burger w/ fries for the entree, and Raspberry Cheesecake for dessert.
Can’t wait to come back and try some other dishes, everything was delicious and very flavorful.
Our waitress and host were a delight.
Side note: the fries were a little salty
The mashed potatoes were indeed homemade, and broccoli was Just as I like it. Not too much seasoning not hard at all. The steak is where my husband and I had to bring this review. The steak was TOUGH for medium rare and well done! BLAND BEYOND BLAND GETS! We use a real kitchen sharp knife not a butter knife which I should have been able to use and we felt like we were working out literally!! I was hoping for a nice medium rare butter slice cut but I was disappointed. But we all have room to improve. I won’t be returning.
We also ordered a blooming onion. I was so upset with how bad the food was! First of all the salad was brown, only 1 tomato, 2 pieces of cucumber and no extra dressing which we did pay extra for! The sirloin steak was way too spicy to enjoy and the shrimp were incredibly small and overcooked!!
The blooming onion was greasy and way too spicy to eat!! The restaurant was closed by the time we got home and realized how bad the food was. I would have taken everything back and requested a full refund if it was still opened !!
Update!!! : It has been almost a month since I talked to the manager Mr. Burns. He told me I would be receiving a gift card to make up for the awful experience. I still haven’t received anything!! I have called and left messages and sent a email to the manager Mr. Phil Burns asking why I still haven’t received the gift card. He has not returned a phone call or an email reply regarding the gift card that never showed up! Horrible customer service as well as terrible food!
Our waitress was very nice and all the other staff members as well. No complaints about the food. Everything was tasty.
We’d definitely come back.
