Rating based on it being a chain restaurant.
The food was tasty exactly how I wanted it. Drinks were served in real glass; I ordered orange juice. The service was good, everything was clear and smooth, no issues at all.
We came in and were seated in very comfortable, cozy seats. Everything went just right. Came in, sat comfortably, ate well, and left satisfied.

We came on a Sunday night 2 hours before closing to enjoy the 14.99+ 3 course meal.
We got the Loaded Baked Potato Soup for the starter, the Outback Burger w/ fries for the entree, and Raspberry Cheesecake for dessert.
Can’t wait to come back and try some other dishes, everything was delicious and very flavorful.
Our waitress and host were a delight.

My recent visit to Outback Steakhouse was simply outstanding. I was pleasantly surprised by the plethora of great food options. The steak was cooked and seasoned to absolute perfection—tender, juicy, and everything you want in a great cut of meat. It was fresh, flavorful, and a perfect. The staff was attentive, making the entire experience enjoyable.

I ordered curbside for my husband and I . Two 8oz sirloins and me mashed potatoes and broccoli. My husband Cesar salad baked potato
The mashed potatoes were indeed homemade, and broccoli was Just as I like it. Not too much seasoning not hard at all. The steak is where my husband and I had to bring this review. The steak was TOUGH for medium rare and well done! BLAND BEYOND BLAND GETS! We use a real kitchen sharp knife not a butter knife which I should have been able to use and we felt like we were working out literally!! I was hoping for a nice medium rare butter slice cut but I was disappointed. But we all have room to improve. I won’t be returning.

We got a to go order on February 14th 2026. The food was absolutely horrible!! We ordered an 8 oz sirloin with 4 add on coconut shrimp, the sides were a sweet potato and a house salad with blue cheese dressing with extra dressing.
We also ordered a blooming onion. I was so upset with how bad the food was! First of all the salad was brown, only 1 tomato, 2 pieces of cucumber and no extra dressing which we did pay extra for! The sirloin steak was way too spicy to enjoy and the shrimp were incredibly small and overcooked!!
The blooming onion was greasy and way too spicy to eat!! The restaurant was closed by the time we got home and realized how bad the food was. I would have taken everything back and requested a full refund if it was still opened !!
Update!!! : It has been almost a month since I talked to the manager Mr. Burns. He told me I would be receiving a gift card to make up for the awful experience. I still haven’t received anything!! I have called and left messages and sent a email to the manager Mr. Phil Burns asking why I still haven’t received the gift card. He has not returned a phone call or an email reply regarding the gift card that never showed up! Horrible customer service as well as terrible food!

Went to dinner with my husband on a Wednesday evening. It wasn’t very busy so we got seats right away.
Our waitress was very nice and all the other staff members as well. No complaints about the food. Everything was tasty.

We traveled to Martinsburg with our high school girl’s soccer team and visited the Outback near our hotel. The manager (Phil) and staff had our accommodations perfectly set up and did a great job with our meal and service. They even provided appetizers for our girls. This in the midst of a busy Friday evening. Great job Martinsburg Outback and staff! We had a wonderful meal and will be back the next time we return!!!

I love Outback and this one is one of the best ones I’ve ever gone too. The long haired brunette lady that works curbside (sorry never caught her name) is always extremely friendly, attentive and hospitable. Even the times I was dissatisfied with my order, the managers always handled the issue swiftly and quickly. Five stars for sure!

I love the blooming onion Cole was our waiter and he’s great. Good work ethic, easy to communicate with. I do work here but I think that makes it better. I know this restaurant is operated to its full potential. It’s clean and the food is delicious. We’re so full and happy
