Outstanding Italian food!! The owners put so much care into the preparation of the ingredients (14hrs for their marinara sauce!). And the cheese on the pizza had me in disbelief that it was vegan – they source it all the way from Brooklyn and it is so stringy! We ordered two pizzas and and combo appetizer plate and it was all so good I forgot to take proper photos of everything – the ‘meat’ has so much flavor and texture, really amazing. P.A.R.M Italia is attached to BEG bakery so we combined the meal with incredible desserts. The brownie Sundae (with macadamia nut ice cream) might just be one of the best things I’ve ever tasted! Has my family wishing we lived in Phoenix so we could go here more often. A must try if you are in the area – especially if you are vegan/lactose intolerant/gluten free, but even if not, those without such dietary restrictions in my family couldn’t get enough of it!

So I talked with the owner and let him know I come from the east coast so I was excited to try everything on his menu basically. He wanted my honest option on everything. I went with the meatless meatball sub and my wife got the house special pizza. So basically the Meatless sub is the best sub I’ve ever had. It’s that good. My wife really like the flavors

Wow! Just wow! Check their hours and go there right now. They’ve just opened in the parking lot at BEG bakery. I got Eggplant Parmesan, which came with a pasta salad, a brownie, and a drink for $20! You can’t beat that. The food was outstanding. The service was even better. The owners told us they need business to make it because the summer is very slow. So please, give them your 20 bucks.

I called PARM on a Wednesday night because I really needed an a vegan pizza that was made with love for my birthday. Normally they only serve BEG Creamery on Wednesdays, but Rich (the owner) was kind enough to make us not one but TWO delicious pizzas!

All around, P.A.R.M is AMAZING. The food is so perfectly made and absolutely delicious! The eggplant Parmesan is the best I’ve ever had, and the garlic roll and pasta salad make perfect sides for it. The meatball sandwich is also fantastic! You get a great amount of food, and also the bonus of it being right next to B.E.G. so you can grab a great drink and tasty treats while you’re there. Talking with the owner, you can see the passion that goes into making this fantastic food. Super excited to see future dishes that get added!

Wow! Just tried P.A.R.M Italia the other night with my book club group, and it exceeded my expectations! The vegan chicken parm sandwich was delicious, along with the pasta salad. The chicken flavor was very realistic, and you can tell the chef has put a lot of time and effort into his recipe. I hear they are adding more items to the menu, so I’ll definitely be back! I also got a brownie and some cupcakes from BEG bakery for dessert. I always have a good experience there!

P.A.R.M. is easily the best vegan Italian food around! Everything is just so good—the eggplant parmesan, the meatballs, the garlic rolls, the pasta salad; everything’s absolutely delicious!! Not only is the eggplant parmesan the best I’ve ever had, but I was surprised with how authentic the meatballs tasted—they reminded me of the authentic Italian meatballs my grandma would make, except these ones are vegan! You can tell that the owner is very passionate—and a perfectionist, which means you know the food is going to be excellent—and eating there is a great experience all around. There was clearly a lot of thought and R&D put into the menu, and there’s still more to come, too! Definitely check this place out—you won’t regret it!
