Great food, nice serting, dim lights, was busy so that told us the Oysters & Gumbo must be tasty which food was full of flavor & nice size portions. Drinks were good, no sweet tea which was a bummer if you like Southern drink w/Southern food, right?? But service was timely. I’d say the manager was probably Best, hardest working staff member, along with the chefs (steamers” boilers” My food was veryy spicy even tho I sausage only a #4 (1-10) so be sure the server knows your spice levels could been just really hot peppers or too much spice idk>> but tey 1st bite slowly bc mine tasted like a #9>>not #4 Other than that, could use better lighting in that cove, corner>>or perhaps Lanterns on tables..but all in all, was a filling casual Seafood dinner

We got right in, no line at approximately 6pm on a Saturday, sat at the bar. We started with long neck clams, got the bread which is a crusty sour dough, a bowl of clam chowder and shared the Bouillabaisse with a level 2 spice. Food was delicious , service was great, everything was wonderful! We usually go to the one at Palace Station but we just moved to Henderson so this will be our new Oyster Bar ️

I love the Oyster Bar. Now that station has remodeled, it looks much cleaner and brighter. I always get either the seafood boil or the gumbo. This is the seafood boil. You can tailor the spice level to your preference. I like how the boil comes deconstructed. It’s cooked to order but it doesn’t take long for it to come from the kitchen.

The Oysters were fresh and delicious!! I ordered a dozen of the Gulf Oysters and they did not disappoint. I do wish they came with some sort of mignonette, or a house oyster relish, or some sort of fresh topping- even just fresh grated horseradish would have really given them
them that pop. I was hoping at an oyster bar there would be a fresh and unique house specialty topping, and it was kind of a bummer that they only had cocktail sauce and creamed horseradish. I also got a couple that were a little muddy, but it was easy to rinse them in the ice water bath underneath, and they weren’t gritty. What WAS disappointing, however, was the pan roast. I got the combo pan roast and was really excited because everything I’ve read online says that is what they are known for. It was pretty flat in flavor. There wasn’t anything that made me want to devour the whole bowl, and there were a ton of shell pieces which made the lobster and crab hard to really enjoy. I was worried I would get a mouthful of shell with every bite, and about halfway through the bowl I just didn’t want anymore. I took the rest home and ended up throwing it out, because I was just about turned off by all the shell and the lack of robust flavor. The service was phenomenal, the atmosphere was great and would be a fantastic spot for date night and oysters. But if I’m going for oysters, I really want an oyster tray with unique flavors and something to remember, I want to crave those flavors and feel a need to come back. The oysters were good, but I don’t need to go back.

Hands down one of the best hidden gems in Vegas! The Oyster Bar at Sunset Station never disappoints. I had the combo Pan Roast with shrimp, crab, and lobster. It was absolutely amazing. The seafood was fresh, the sauce was rich and creamy with the perfect amount of spice, and the flavor just hits different. The chefs cook everything right in front of you, which makes the whole experience even better. The wait can get long, but trust me, it’s worth every minute. Perfect spot for a date night or to satisfy a serious seafood craving. Im getting hungry again just talking about it.

First time coming here. LOVED IT! The service was amazing, they’re allllll so attentive. Super nice, the food was amazing. Tried the clam chowder, which was perfect. I didn’t get a picture of the clam steamers but they were bomb! In some kind of garlic broth! Heavenly! Drinks were dangerously delicious. Will definitely come back

Such wonderfully balanced flavors in all the clam chowders. Do try the dirty version. They mix the New England and Manhattan styles. The flavors from both styles get a chance to shine in every spoonful. No matter, if you use oyster crackers, butter bread, or chili sauce, the chowders pair beautifully with everything.

The Oyster Bar at Sunset Station is such a surprise. It feels like this amazing little spot in the middle of nowhere. We ordered oysters from Washington and they have some from the gulf also — Washington ones go for about $20 for a half dozen — and they were absolutely worth it.

The clam chowder was so good we scarfed it down instantly, and they’ve got an amazing lineup of hot sauces to go with everything.

Service at the bar was excellent — super friendly and on top of things. Honestly, we should’ve just stayed and had dinner here instead of going anywhere else.

I’m sure everyone loves this romantic restaurant, I just personally happened to have a real weird bad experience in my first time visit. Long story but in a nutshell I ordered “jambalaya”, a worldwide famous Cajun dish that everyone knows how it should look like but they kept bringing totally different food like stew, whopping three times in a row!!!

And after 3 times with the same stews with different colors, I got tired and just wanted to leave while my friend already finished his dish. The waiter didn’t understand what’s happening, so I asked for a manager who wasn’t present at the time of dinner on Wednesday night, so the self-claimed chef came out with attitude like I was this crazy angry woman. I was very nice at first, but imagine my frustration at the end, having to leave without being able to eat the delicious dinner I expected from this famous restaurant. It was ridiculous and weird, I thought, but when I went home and told my roommate what happened, he gave me a good facts.

Many restaurants have cooked food stored in a freezer with name tags for a mass produce, it’s called industrial production. The servers probably have no idea what they’re serving or whatever. It’s sad but the reality is that only a few high end or good-hearted restaurants cook food right then and there as orders come in. It made perfect sense. That’s why the server, the chef, both Mexican guys, looked as perplexed as I did.

P. S. I enjoyed the full plate of raw oysters though lol
