My husband and I found the Owl’s Nest today on a road trip home from Omaha. I had the Southwest Wrap and my husband had the Nest Burger. I told the waitress it was the best wrap I’ve ever eaten. The way the chef put it together and wrapped it. There wasn’t one bite that was too much wrap with no filling. It was also lightly grilled and filled with tender chicken with a delicious chipotle mayo. My husband enjoyed his burger with crispy onions and fried egg. We both want to stop here again.
