The food was on point, the drinks were fantastic, and there are TVs everywhere, so you never miss a second of the game.
Whether you’re stopping in for lunch, dinner, or just a drink to relax and watch sports, this place absolutely delivers. Laid-back, fun, great vibes—10/10 would come back!
The wings were good, the loaded fries or whatever were a huge disappointment.
Not only was the portion very small, they could have also been warmer, but the huge disappointment was most of the cheese was stuck to the tin foil on the sides and very little on the fries.
I did mention that to the waitress, hoping to get a little cheese.
The environment is a little run down. The booths are like low riders, a shorter persons chest about lines up with the table as the cushions are pretty shot so opt for the chairs and tables.
A fun place. Avoid the fries
The nachos were delicious, but I wish they used better chips. It’s the same round generic nacho chips you get when you order cheese nachos anywhere. House made chips or anything else would really take the nachos to the next level. The hot dog tasted like a Chicago style dog and the green chili was pretty standard as far as that goes in Colorado.
I am planning to go back and try more menu items because it was a little crazy in there at the time we went during the game and I’m sure the staff and kitchen were feeling a bit overwhelmed.
Thank you for paying for my uber home! Great place!
First, acknowledging a policy change after the fact and without prior notice does not equate to genuine acceptance or fairness. I fully intended to honor the policy; however, my spouse was immediately upset because, in addition to the already lengthy drive, we were now expected to wait an additional 45 minutes to an hour. That change significantly altered the experience we had planned for and reasonably expected.
As individuals who host and organize numerous community events throughout the year, we understand that operational challenges arise and that expectations sometimes need to shift. However, those challenges should not be resolved at the direct expense of patrons, especially when alternative solutions are readily available. There are multiple ways this loss could be mitigated without transferring the burden to customers. For example, tracking the number of call-in or canceled orders, implementing anti-waste strategies such as offering unused orders to staff at cost, or partnering with third-party organizations at a reduced rate or as a tax-deductible donation are all viable options.
Additionally, after reading your responses to other feedback, it became apparent that this issue is not isolated. Your defensiveness was prevalent and appeared to hinder your ability to reflect, grow, and develop beyond your own perspective. While you are not required to fully understand every customer’s expectation, dismissing them outright creates an experience that feels inadequate and dismissive.
As a result, I will not be returning to or utilizing your venue in the future. I am guided by a utilitarian framework that prioritizes consideration for others and the broader impact of decisions. When those considerations are lacking, especially in ways that could scale into more significant consequences, it becomes a risk I am not willing to take.
